  I had to get wheel socks, booties what ever you call them for my lifts. Alexander helped me…… very reluctantly it was NOT a pleasant or even normal sales experience. I asked for his name so when my project manager called she’d know I spoke to. “Oh it does not matter who ever picks up the phone they will be able to help her”. I’ve purchased booties/socks before for previous jobs we’ve had using sunbelt rentals, me being a subcontractor my information was limited about the job but usually just giving the company name and jobsite address is enough for a rep to help me get what I need. Were as Alexander did the opposite, he would not help me unless I had contract numbers and purchase order numbers. I don’t normally have to get my project manager involved to get booties/socks but Alexander escalated it that point. While he was speaking with my project manager he also added a condescending comment “your job site is in Orlando, why don’t you just get the booties from a location over there”. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences leading up to this interaction. I just don’t believe Alexander should be dealing with the public maybe he should be working in the back FAR away from customers.
