  My experience on this place was horrible , I don’t understand why they are open if they don’t want work ?? Save your money and rent at someone else. The staff in here is rude especially the person who work at the machines rental , normally if a costumer have a problem with yours rentals you guys need try solving the problem not kicking the door and act like a crazy guy, the staff only says : we can’t solve your problem with OUR rentals and then he turn around open and slam the door so hard that everyone who was there heard it and looked at him , I never in my life see a worker member do that !!! Don’t go there !!!!! The only person who was able to say anything to us was the guy working on the machines in the orange T-shirt; he was also there trying to help us and was treating us well. He is the only likable person there, because everyone else doesn't care about anything and just wants you to get out of there as soon as possible.MY EXPERIENCE

  Terrible, I was not a customer. I was actually across the street at the tow yard when an 18wheeler was stuck in the cul-de-sac and I was unable to go to the business I needed to get to so I parked across the street from SunBelt in the tow yard drive and was waiting next to my car. I had only been there 5 mins while they did the paperwork to retrieve the vehicle and was abruptly screamed at from across the street telling me to move my car get it off his driveway... mind you.... I was across the street waiting, I was not on SunBelt driveway at all. He screamed rude remarks, threatened me if I didn't move it he would move it his damn self! Repeatedly said get it out of here!!!!!!! I was so taken back by the rudeness of this man who actually acted as if he owned the property that I was not even on. I was there for 1 reason and I Repeatedly said I will be leaving shortly as he preceded to scream more to me and cussed and threatened.. I did move my car went around the cul-de-sac because the 18 wheeler had finally been moved and sat and waited for the car to leave the tow yard which is why I was there to begin with. It just blows my mind with all the crazy stuff going on in this world that this man felt he had to take his terrible disrespectful attitude out on me from across the road when I was never on "His" property. This is just a warning to be prepared if u have to deal with the commercial side of the truck drivers, be aware. He was very rude and I hope it made his day threatening me, a lady. I was not raised with disrespect, and didn't appreciate the fact he had upset me so bad. But I hope it made his day.
