I got a fence two years ago and didn’t want to review right away, so I waited to see how things lasted. When the fence was put in it took three tries to get it right. I give them credit that after phone calls and pictures as the workers finished, they did correct the multiple issues. However after the constant back and forth I ended with little patience which isn’t how I like to be. They also are one of the only companies I found who was able or willing to put in the style fence I wanted. And in the end, I was happy with the look. Two years later their reassurance that using only nails and no concrete for the posts will last for many years to come, is not true. I’m having to go through and replace everything with screws because the fence is falling apart. The nails in the boars shimmy out over time and pieces fall off. They Frankensteined the gate latches to the point where one I can’t lock and at the time I knew but was tired of going through it. Both doors were crooked dragging and coming off the posts after a year which I’m now fixing again. This is after they had to fix them multiple times. I’ve certainly had worse experiences with contractors, but I wouldn’t recommend them. I’m outside of coverage and that’s what I was waiting on to review. All in all, be aware to really inspect any and all details yourself, they will not quality check. And be ready to go back and replace the nails with screws if you want your fence to stay up. I don’t at all regret the style of fence I got, I love the look. Just disappointed on the quality control.

I’m not to write bad reviews, but if you want a headache go ahead and booked them. After making my deposit of $976.59 one hour later I got an email from my bank stating Bravo Fence tried to charge my card for another $1,500.00. Thanks to my Bank it was denied. Bravo fence never called me, so I called them asking what happened their response was, “we didn’t check well and charged the previous card used (my card) sorry for the LITTLE MISTAKE.” I should had trusted my gut and cancel. The day of installation the guys installing the fence were so loud you could here their profanity inside the house. They broke one of the sprinkler pipe. They guarantee me it will be fix by the next day (Friday). Friday came I had to call at least 3 times to find out when they were coming to fix the pipe. They finally call me at 3pm saying the guy that was coming to fix the pipe had a family emergency an was not coming and the other guy who could come was all the away in south Tampa (I live in Lutz) which he couldn’t come either, but he would come on Monday. So, I was going to have a hole in my side yard and unable to water my lawn for 5 days. Not until my husband got involved an called the supervisor they were in our home within an hour to fixed the pipe. They never announced their presence when they started and finished the broken pipe. They are not friendly, professional and honest. To top it off I don’t even like the fence especially the doors.

This company was hired by a neighbor directly next door to our home, when this non permitted fence was haphazardly installed they upended our post holding our gate ,now the gate will not latch or stay closed. Our fence was permitted and professionally installed and worked perfectly before this installation. Bravo Fence said they sent a crew to fix it THEY DID NOT!!!! THEN THEY SAID THIS IS OUR NEIGHBORS PROBLEM AND TO CONTACT HIM! We will be filing a complaint with the State of Florida as well as the BBB Public Beware !!!
