Words can not describe this experince with my hurricane window intallation! Pre-Contract: Contract was signed based on representations made by salesperson Alex Miller that the company was a 5-star company and used in-house installers. This was later found to be false, as subcontractors were used instead. The installers did not speak English, which made communication extremely difficult. Based on the condition shown in the photos, it appeared they lacked the proper skill, training, and knowledge required for professional hurricane window installation. January 22–23: Project scheduled for completion. On January 22, a worker left early for personal reasons - going to Miami for a date, causing delays. Work extended into January 24. January 26: Installation failed inspection. January 30: Manager Shawn inspected and stated the work was unacceptable. February 2: Attempted repairs were made but did not resolve the issues. February 6: Certified letter sent to the company with no response. Later when Jorge came to my house I asked him about the letter and he said he didn't remenber reading it but his progect manager Kevin confirmed that he was in the office with him when he read the letter. February 9: Project Manager Kevin stated that a new frame and sliding doors were ordered. February 18: Another repair attempt was made with no resolution. March 13: Scheduled installation canceled due to a personal emergency. March 15: Installers arrived without the required frame. No progress was made. March 19: Scheduled work was not completed. March 26: Follow-up inquiry sent with no response. April 3: Corporate office contacted. I sent email with all details and pictures to the manager Tahiris; no response received. April 15: Manager Jorge Penalver finally came to the house and personally observed and confirmed improper installation and condition of the installation. He stated that “his blood was boiling” after seeing the problems, which confirms the seriousness of the situation. He also stated, “I can reinstall the existing windows properly.” However, based on the visible condition of the windows, it is obvious that they have already been damaged and compromised. Also their own contract, which states: “Removed items likely to be damaged.” April 23: Directed to contact Jorge; no response received. April 27–28: Scheduled installation; no crew arrived, and no follow-up provided. May 7: followed up again with Jorge nor response. May 11: followed up again with Jorge nor response. Hurrican season is starting in June 1st and they do Not care! As of now I'm working with an Atterney. I just did a Google search and the company has multiple lawsuits: Renuity Home Improvement of Tampa FHIA Remodeling (a Renuity company) has faced significant legal and consumer-related issues in Florida, including lawsuits, investigations, and numerous complaints regarding its business practices, particularly concerning hurricane windows and doors. Major Legal and Consumer Issues Deceptive Trade Practices Lawsuit: As of February 2026, the Florida Attorney General's office filed a civil lawsuit against Florida Roof Specialists—a company linked to similar operations—alleging a "scheme" that violates Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, following hundreds of complaints. Allegations of Frivolous Liens: The state's investigation alleges that companies associated with these practices, including FHIA and related entities, placed baseless liens on consumers' homes and pursued foreclosure when homeowners refused to pay for unsatisfactory work.... and it goes on.... and on.......

The 2 guys who came did not speak any English but used a translator on their phone. At first they did not know how they were going to complete the job because it was just a window placement on a upper floor. But they figured it out and replaced the window. Quite readily. Window now looks fantastic. They also tweaked one of my impact sliders that was not locking easily. That only took a few minutes and now it works great.

Used this company for window installs around my house and was highly satisfied. They were very communicative and made sure every step of the way was handled well and in a timely fashion. Sean was especially kind and professional and made sure our every need was met. They weren't the cheapest but far from the most expensive and worth it. Would highly recommend.

My own experience with Annie was the best , she took time to explain in detail everything. Annie was very professional and at the same time very friendly. I was thinking not to go ahead with the company but after having a conversation with Annie I had no other choice than to go ahead with this company. I am very pleased and happy with my decision all because of Annie. She’s very good at what she does. Every thing turns out greater than I’ve expected. Thanks Annie you’re the best.
