  Renuity installed 2 sets of sliders in our home recently. The total experience was first rate. The employees from sales to installers to field manager were very respectful and their communication was great. We're very pleased with our new sliders. What a difference!

  Renuity did an excellent job installing 12 new windows in our home. The windows were removed efficiently., the new windows were installed perfectly and the workers did an excellent job from start to finish. They cleaned up every day and finished the job in a very timely fashion, especially since it rained every day. Very happy we chose Renuity and they chose Joseleys to do this project. We now have BEAUTIFUL windows !

  We are very happy with the crew and the job they did. Very professional, caring and kind. Work ethic over and above. They took so much care in protecting our floors and each room. The install was flawless. Everything was cleaned up well. Very happy with our beautiful windows!

  Joselys and asst were excellent. So much care was taken to prep the home so there wasn’t any debris. Highly recommend this installer. Renuity was also easy to deal with and pricing was fair, but unfortunately the wrong door was sent. I spoke with Shawn the supervisor who will be ordering the correct one.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been beyond disappointing. What should have been an exciting home improvement project turned into a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal from start to finish. There were multiple missed appointments where no one showed up, frequent rescheduling, and repeated visits from technicians tocorrect mistakes that should never have happened in the first place. Incorrect products were installed, equipment that didn’t work was installed, and it seemed like every repair uncovered another problem. Instead of enjoying the finished project, I was left dealing with constant delays, poor communication, and a lack of quality control. A project that was supposed to improve my home instead became a source of stress and frustration. Even after all this time, the work still wasn’t completed properly, leaving the space less than fully functional. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company responds to them. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a lack of organization, accountability, and respect for the customer’s time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
