  Progressive Air tech Adam was competent and diagnosed the problem quickly. He fixed the issue by cleaning the a/c drain. Also gave us info on how to drain it in the future.

  We recently had a difficult and intermittent HVAC issue that took multiple visits to properly diagnose, and I cannot say enough good things about Progressive Air Systems and the technicians who helped us through the process. Adam Heitzman and Noah were both professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely thorough. Intermittent issues can be frustrating for both homeowners and technicians, but they remained patient, took the time to explain what they were seeing, answered all of our questions, and continued working through the problem until the root cause was identified. What stood out most was their honesty and attention to detail. They never rushed through the process, never dismissed our concerns, and always treated us with respect. Their communication was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about getting the diagnosis right rather than simply providing a quick temporary fix. After the necessary repairs were completed, the difference was immediate. Airflow is significantly stronger, cooling performance is noticeably better, and the system is now maintaining temperature properly even during extremely hot Florida weather. Adam and Noah are outstanding technicians and a credit to Progressive Air Systems. Based on this experience, Progressive has earned my trust and my future business. Thank you to Adam, Noah, and the entire Progressive team for your professionalism and commitment to doing the job right.
