  I was extremely impressed with Noah’s quick response and professionalism. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem thoroughly, and explained what was causing the leak and what needed to be done to fix it. Noah was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my home and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel easy and manageable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and fast response, especially during an emergency. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable and professional air conditioning service!

  Roberto Cavazos was my tech and he’s did an awesome job. Very diligent and hard working. He’s punctual and very professional. Nothing but good words to say about his work. 10/10. Even when there was a problem with the office and the price being higher than what was quoted, Roberto was professional and assisted me in getting it right.

  Liana was very kind and attentive as the dispatcher for my issue. JT came found my issue which was a bad coil. Showed me the leak from it. Placed the order and I am awaiting for it to arrive and be installed. Meanwhile JT added some refrigerant since it was low. The house is not blazing hot at the moment from it. I will update once completed but am very happy with the service thus far.

  Words cannot describe how happy I was with Brody Upleger and Progressive Air Systems. On a Friday morning, my AC unit suddenly stopped working due to an impossible drain line clog. I called Progressive for a possible appointment before the weekend. Brody absolutely saved my day—and my weekend. He immediately got to work troubleshooting the issue, and within 45 minutes my AC was humming along again. Brody was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly efficient. This was one of those rare service calls where I was genuinely happy to pay the service charge because the service was worth every penny. I highly recommend Progressive Air Systems, especially based on their response time and professionalism. And if you get Brody, you’re in great hands. Outstanding service from start to finish!

  I had an outstanding experience with Progressive Air Systems from beginning to end. Jeff is not just a salesperson. He is an experienced HVAC technician who understands the equipment and will not pressure you into buying things you do not need. He is honest, down-to-earth, patient, and respectful. I asked him a lot of questions because I had been burned by a previous HVAC company, and he went above and beyond to explain everything clearly. I even told him he could keep his shoes on inside my home, but he still removed them. That small gesture showed me the level of respect he has for his customers and their homes. Mary in accounting was polite and efficient. Those two words say everything you need to know. Sam in accounting handled something that normally would have taken several days and got it completed almost the same day. That level of responsiveness was impressive. I feel terrible that I cannot remember the names of the two HVAC installers because they deserve recognition. They were the definition of professional installers. You can purchase the best HVAC system available, but the quality of the installation is what truly matters. These two technicians clearly took pride in their work. They wore shoe covers every time they entered the house, completed the installation professionally, and cleaned up more than necessary, even after I told them everything looked fine. Josh was also great. He was easy to speak with, helpful, and made sure I was connected with the right people whenever I needed assistance. My apologies to anyone whose name I may have forgotten. Every person I dealt with at Progressive Air Systems was professional, respectful, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Progressive Air Systems. 10/10 experience. This says exactly what a company wants potential customers to hear: they are honest, technically knowledgeable, respectful inside the home, responsive, organized, and serious about installation quality.
