  Exceptional Service from James & Julian! James and Julian from Mister Sparky did an excellent job replacing 7 ceiling fans in my home. They were highly professional, fast, and incredibly efficient. Beyond their great work, they are genuinely nice individuals who brought fantastic, positive energy into our home. Highly recommended!

  I needed extensive electrical work done, basically running new wiring from the outdoor panel underground to the indoor breaker box due to faulty wiring. I phoned two or three electric companies but all were booked until the following week. Called Mr Sparky and they sent someone out first thing the next morning. He worked with me on price, significantly lowering the original estimate that I really couldn't afford. I agreed, and he said the workers would be out by 4pm that afternoon. They arrived on time, and stayed until after 9pm getting my electric back up and running. They came back the next morning for several hours to finish up, everything worked great and no problems since. Very professional, they show up when they say they will, and they get the job done right the first time.

  REQUEST A BREAKDOWN OF THE CHARGES BEFORE YOU SIGN. THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT CHARGES YOU DIDNT APPROVE WHEN THEY ARE AT YOUR HOUSE!!! The technicians were professional and the service itself was excellent. However, I would encourage customers to carefully review all paperwork before signing. At the end of the job, I was asked to sign on a phone/tablet and was told that the work was complete and that the price shown was the final cost. Because I trusted the technician, I signed without being given any explanation of additional terms or memberships. A few months later, I received a call to schedule what was described as a free inspection. When I asked why I was being offered this service, I was informed that I had been enrolled in a membership plan. After requesting a copy of my invoice, I found an annual membership charge of $120 listed on it. I explained to the representative that it is misleading to include a membership fee without clearly explaining it to the customer. Customers should be informed about any recurring charges or memberships before being asked to sign, rather than being presented with a signature screen that contains no clear description or opportunity to review the details.

  James Franklin and Josh Ledford provided outstanding electrical service and got my air conditioning unit working again. They arrived as promised and introduced themselves. They assessed the situation and briefed me on the way forward. They completed the job and cleaned up work areas to the previous condition.
