  James is very friendly and takes pride in the professionalism of his work. He goes the extra mile to ensure that everything is functioning properly and that the job site is left (reasonably) clean after he is finished. He added new outlets and light switches (including running new wires behind the drywall), without any visible damage. Excellent work.

  I had an excellent experience with Mister Sparky HUGE thank you to Daylen Smith and Greg!. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and very friendly from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was done safely and correctly. The quality of their work was outstanding, and their customer service was even better. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

  I’ve never left a negative review for a company before, but unfortunately my experience with Mister Sparky was extremely frustrating. First, I would be cautious booking the 2–6 PM appointment window. There seemed to be a real possibility that no one would come at all, and when they were finally able to send someone, the technician appeared inexperienced. At one point, he shocked himself while touching a plug that was apparently not associated with the breaker he believed he had turned off. He later **nearly** shocked himself again while working on a receptacle with the breaker still in the ON position. That was obviously concerning to watch. I do want to emphasize that the technician was very kind and courteous, and I genuinely feel bad criticizing him personally. My issue is much more with the overall service, training, pricing, and communication from the company. Their pricing was also significantly higher than other electricians I spoke with. I ultimately agreed to pay more than $450 plus tax for a Level 1 repair to address the breaker supplying my laundry room because I was specifically assured they would do everything possible to make sure my new dryer could be installed without any problems. What was particularly concerning was that the technician himself said, **“I’m not sure this is going to work,”** before explaining what he was going to try. I was also specifically told that there was a chance the breaker could continue to trip, but that if it did, the issue would be covered under their warranty. Despite that uncertainty, before payment I was required to sign paperwork stating that the work had been completed to my satisfaction. The technician may have temporarily or permanently addressed the breaker issue, but there was obviously no way for me to know at that point whether the repair had actually solved the problem long-term. The biggest frustration came when my washer/dryer installation team arrived. They immediately told me that the existing four-prong outlet was a **range outlet, not the appropriate dryer outlet**, and therefore they could not install the machine. This was especially frustrating because the entire reason I accepted Mister Sparky’s much higher price was that I had explained that I needed the electrical issue corrected so my washer/dryer could be installed, and I was assured they would do everything possible to make sure the installation could happen without problems. I specifically said are you absolutely certain that this plug is compatible with the dryer to which he said yes absolutely there would be no problem. The dryer installation people, said clearly your electrician does not know what is going on. After explaining all of this to Mister Sparky, I was told someone would return the next morning at **8 AM** to correct the issue—but that I would now have to pay an additional fee to change the outlet, despite already paying more than $450 plus tax to address the laundry-room electrical problem. In addition, I also have to pay a rescheduling fee to the company installing my washer/dryer for delaying their ability to work on my home.AND I have to wait two weeks until my schedule and their align to make it happen. On top of all this, Mister Sparky promised that the technician who was supposed to arrive at 8 AM ultimately arrived at approximately **4 PM**. The individual technicians I interacted with were polite, but between the extremely high pricing, the electrical-safety issues I personally witnessed, the technician himself expressing uncertainty about whether the repair would work, the scheduling problems, and ultimately still being unable to install my dryer after paying them to address this exact issue, this experience wasted a tremendous amount of my time and was incredibly disappointing. If this breaker goes out next week or for the next three years, I really hope they stand by their 3 year guarantee.

  These guys get 11 Stars! Josh and KJ were working together today, they were so kind and professional. They got the job done quickly, and safely. We listened to some great music while they were working which kept the mood super happy. They also cleaned up when they were done which was awesome. What I wanted done was tricky and it turned out to be a lot bigger situation than I thought. Instead we wound up just replacing a ceiling fan but they were super quick and professional about it. It looks great even though it's not quite in the location I was hoping to go with, but it certainly saved me a ton of cash doing it this way and they gracefully gave me the option. I even got to speak to a guy named John on the phone who was really nice and understanding of my circumstance, and said we want to help you so if you'd rather just do this .... We can do it! 🫶🙂 The level of customer service is outstanding, I'm so glad I found them.

  Here’s a concise review you can post: I couldn’t be happier with James and KJ and the work these two gentlemen did today. They installed a new electrical line for my future outdoor kitchen, which required cutting through tile and digging much deeper than the standard code requirements. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire job. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they left everything clean when they finished. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled electricians. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done!
