  Do your research before hiring this company. Don’t rely only on the positive reviews—read the negative ones as well and look for recurring patterns. I requested an estimate through their website. After several rounds of back-and-forth scheduling, we finally agreed on a time they suggested. On the day of the appointment, the technician called to say he was on his way. Then, about 40 minutes before the scheduled arrival, I received a call from the office saying they were no longer coming because they had “other jobs” and were not going to do the work I had requested, even though this service is advertised on their website. If they weren’t willing to take the job, why go through the scheduling process and even dispatch a technician? They could have declined the request from the beginning instead of wasting my time. Based on my experience, I found this company unreliable and would not recommend them.

  Second time I've used their services in a 20 month period. I've had Barbaro and Dave both competently render services. Both instances they were on time and confirmed what I thought was the problem; I just can't do the repairs myself any longer. It was refreshing to deal with professionals that don't try to upsell you or create non-existing problems. They were great to talk you and super efficient. Did I mention they have been on time as well? Call these guys - you will not be disappointed!

  I had a great experience with Home Therapist AC Repair. Alejandro arrived on time to diagnose why my AC wasn't cooling and quickly found the problem that the previous company had missed. The previous company had replaced the capacitor, but although the capacitor itself was the correct one, it had been wired incorrectly. This caused the condenser fan motor to spin in the opposite direction, which could have eventually damaged the motor if it had gone unnoticed. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem without trying to sell me unnecessary repairs or services.   Highly recommend Home Therapist AC. We had been given a quote for duct replacement from another company and decided to reach out to Home Therapist AC for a quote. Their rates were incredibly reasonable. They came out the day after we reached out for an on-site estimate and were out less than a week later to do the work. The workers were great, explained what they were doing and cleaned up everything once they were done. The whole process was so easy. We also chose to get their maintenance plan. We will be using them for all our AC and plumbing needs moving forward. I can’t recommend them enough. So glad we reached out to this company.
