  Martin Cox from Hawkins Service Company came out to do maintenance on our HVAC. Martin is very personable, and did a very thorough job. This is the second time we have used Hawkins Service Company, and both times have resulted in exceptional service. We will definitely request Martin Cox for any future service on our HVAC system.

  Eric did an amazing job inspecting our HVAC system and completed all repairs the same day. The inspection was extremely thorough and uncovered several issues that were missed by the previous company that serviced our system. He took the time to clearly explain everything, showed us pictures of the problems, and made sure we understood what needed to be fixed. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable, we really appreciated the attention to detail and highly recommend him!

  I would love to know why my sewer pipe estimate was more than double other contractors in the area. I think your service technician thought I was a little dumb and didn’t know about contracting and saw my expensive house. I’m very upset about this.. Literally charged me double of other area contractors. Please stop calling me too

  Billy is an outstanding technician and was able to trouble shoot and explain our problem with ease. He was able to identify an issue that was completely missed by another company we had previously hired. He really took the time to make sure our issue was resolved and that we were satisfied. We are truly appreciative of Billy.

  Daniel was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly, making sure we understood our options before moving forward. His work was top-notch, and he left everything clean and in perfect condition when he was done. What really stood out was his friendly attitude and attention to detail—he genuinely cares about doing the job right. It’s not easy to find someone this reliable and skilled these days.
