  The plumber, Daniel Menhart, arrived when expected and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about solving the clogged drain in my 75 year old. He thoroughly explained the procedure and proceeded to clear the pipe. His experience showed when he gave me some tips on preventing future clogs and information on checking the condition of all the 75 year old piping to avoid unpleasant and expensive surprises in the future. I would completely recommend Hawkins Service Co and especially Daniel.

  When you are hired on to someone else’s job site your techs need to do the job they were hired to do. Not show up and sell your services to my customer. Never again will I use this company. Extremely unprofessional. Did not communicate as instructed, and was late to every single appointment they had. When you make an appointment, you are to show up on time and do the job you’re instructed to do. If my customer comes out to ask questions it’s their job to refer them to me. It is not your job site to say a single word other than “you will have to reach out to your contractor”. NEVER. And I mean never will I use this company for any needs moving forward and my associates will be informed on the matter as well. Stay professional and know your place.

  I moved to Florida 3 years ago and purchased a home with an existing pool and equipment. Over the past 3 years, the pool pump, light, temperature sensor all started to fail as all this equipment was approaching 8 years old. A sticker on the existing equipment showed that the original equipment was installed by Hawkins Service Company. I contacted Hawkins to just have the temperature sensor replaced and find out why the pump kept shutting off. Technician Eddie arrived on the scheduled appointment date and examined the entire system and then sat down with me to explain in detail all that was wrong with my system. Aging and outdated equipment was the main culprit and spending any more money into the existing equipment was not the best option for me. Eddie went over different pricing plans for different equipment as to good, better, and the best option for my pool. At no time did he pressure me to buy and of the plans offered, but explained in detail what would happen with each plan offered. I decided on the best option and was given a very nice discount making the purchase a little easier to accept. I was offered 18-months zero percent financing which sold me on the sale. The following day, Eddie returned with Technician Dalton and both technicians removed all the old equipment and replaced with new equipment. The entire process took about 6-hours. Everything was tested and explained to me very well including how to operate the equipment and app. Heavy rain didn't stop the install as both technicians were prepared with a tent and certified to work on existing solar equipment as well. Overall, I am very pleased with Hawkins Service Company, and technicians Eddie and Dalton for their hard work, dedication, and expertise in pool equipment repair. I would 100% recommend Hawkins to anyone needing pool equipment repair.

  It was easy to book a consult/repair online. My experience with David Sussman was fantastic. David provided an honest consultation that not only solved my problem, but provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. He was very thorough in his assessment and gave me details of the electrical issues. Someone also contacted me after the service to make sure I had a good experience. I would recommend Hawkins service company to my friends and family!

  Worst company I never used.... My wife called to have Hawkins come out and provide an assessment of our two HVAC systems. Another company had given us dire news and we were not buying it. We wanted more opinions. From the first contact, they baulked at coming to Punta Gorda to give us a free system evaluation, but finally relented and committed to a 3-5pm visit. At 2:55, my wife got a notification that the tech would be at our house shortly. At 5:10, my wife called the company and asked where the tech was. They had no idea why more than two hours had passed and we had not seen him. These guys are really a 4.9???? They seem clueless and uninterested in helping, and they sure don't know what their employees are doing. Beware!
