We provide repairs to your home after disaster has struck and our emergency services department has completed mitigation/remediation. We work with you or your insurance company to write an estimate to restore your home back to your pre-loss state. Our estimators are trained to write estimates the same way your insurance company does and will write their estimate to cover everything that is covered under your loss. After, our estimator gets the estimate approved either by you or your adjuster they will hand it off to one of our Project Managers that are specially trained in restoration construction. We also have an operations manager that oversees all of our Project Managers if you have any concerns or questions that are not being answered to your satisfaction. Upon the Project Managers initial visit, they will go over your scope of work with you, talk over any change orders/upgrades that you might be interested in, and start helping you make selections for your job. Once you have made all of your selections, we will begin repairs. We wait till we have all your selections so that we can decrease the amount of time your home is under construction. If the need arises for your contents to be moved out of the house, we have a in house contents that is highly trained in packing and moving. They then bring your contents back to our storage facility, and at the end of the job return and unpack your contents where they were located in your home. If you have to move out of your home during this process, we can speak to your adjuster to see if this is covered under your policy and get them to set this up for you. Before we complete the job, your PM will do a walk through with you so you can point out any problems that you may have before we complete the job. We want what is best for our customers and would like your feedback. That is why at the end of the job we collect a Certificate of Completion which states that we completed the scope of work, as well as a survey that lets us know how our PMs and other employees performed in your eyes. Our contents department specializes in cleaning, organizing, and packing up homes that are described Hoarding situations. Our team members care for our customers and understand the slow natured pace of a hoarding situation. We work with the customer at their own pace as we know they are going through a hard time through this process. Once we organize into what can be saved, we pack it up for the customer and either store it during the restoration process or move to a location designated by customer. Everything that is deemed unsalvageable will be thrown out on site.
