  I can’t say enough good things about Jason Nieto in the Orlando office, his crew, and Five Star Roofing and Construction. From beginning to end, Jason was professional, dependable, responsive, and, most importantly, honest. His crew worked extremely hard on our roof, treated our property with respect, and did a beautiful job. They put in long days, paid attention to the details, and left us with a roof we are extremely happy with. What impressed me even more was Jason himself. Any time I had a question or concern, he was available and willing to help. He even came back personally when we had an electrical issue after the job and helped us figure out what was going on. Then came something that really showed me the kind of person he is. Our job included replacement lenses for our eight sun tubes that, after inspection, turned out to still be in excellent condition and did not need replacing. Jason contacted me on his own, explained the situation, and offered either to have them replaced anyway or refund us the cost. We chose the refund rather than disturb a brand-new roof to replace something that didn’t need replacing. That kind of honesty is becoming harder and harder to find. There are plenty of companies that can install a roof, but finding someone who combines excellent workmanship with integrity, communication, and genuine concern for the customer is something special. I would recommend Jason and Five Star Roofing without hesitation to anyone in the Central Florida area looking for a roofing company they can trust. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Jason again. Five Star Roofing absolutely earned ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We had a very disappointing experience with this roofing company. We paid a significant amount of money expecting quality work and honest communication, but instead we were met with a complete lack of transparency. One of our biggest concerns is that the money we had to cover window code updates was used for the roof without our knowledge or approval. These costs were never clearly explained or discussed with us beforehand. We believe homeowners deserve to know exactly how their money is being spent, especially on unexpected expenses. When we called the company seeking clarification, instead of providing answers or addressing our concerns, we were simply told they would contact the lawyer they had originally recommended to us. Rather than resolving the issue directly, they redirected us to legal counsel, which only increased our frustration. Clear communication, accountability, and transparency are essential when making such a large investment in your home. Unfortunately, this company failed to provide those basic standards. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend them and encourage others to ask detailed questions, request everything in writing, and carefully review all charges before proceeding. God knows the sacrifices and hard work of our family to make sure our home is a safe place for us. The fact that they took our money that was given by the insurance to fix the window and used it towards the roof, says right there how much they don't appreciate customers and play with their money and time. Meanwhile we will go all the way where we have to go to recover our money. This is just one step to alert homeowners!

  We own a handyman company, and we have been recommending Jason Nieto in the Orlando office for all their roofing needs for the last 6mo. I have talked to him on the phone about these jobs, I have seen his inspections in person -- Jason is a consummate professional. He gives the honest truth every time and neither downplays the severity of the situation, nor does he catastrophize to get a bigger sale. He recommends what he believes is best, and whatever the client decides, he is going to work hard for them to get it done the right way every time.
