    Would never recommend this company the technicians are great the management is absolutely horrible, unless you want to waste your time talking to AI you never get to speak to someone in charge. I have 2 new units installed in March and problems begin right away nothing but empty promises and no follow up at all. I have had technicians at my house 5 times since my unit was installed, they didn’t install it up to code (Wrong Circuit Breakers) and still haven’t fixed. Management has been been made aware of the issue but all you get is empty promises and this is with their premium service agreement. I thought I was getting piece of mind but got nothing but headaches and empty promises

    Horrible experience with Del Air at our Clearwater home. We are now on visit 5 being scheduled. First visit was maintenance. One day later visit two was because our air conditioner stopped working because they messed up when adding coolant. Visit three was to get a new air conditioner. Visit four was because of a leak thatthey hadn’t flushed the system upon installation. Visit 5 is to put I. The correct parts (amp and filter) that they told us about after installation was “complete” and had told us that it was in stock when we got the quote. No copy of any on the site visit notes though we had to sign things. No follow up call for the parts. We had to email once and call 3 times to even get visit five. No initiates call. No offer to compensate for the 5 times we had to rearrange our schedule. Still leery that visit five will happen. Make sure you ask questions and get things I. Writing BEFORE you sign!!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had our AC go out during the middle of the summer heat, and Jenaire provided outstanding service. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the immediate issue, but what really impressed me was that he took the time to evaluate the entire drainage system and surrounding setup to help prevent future problems—not just the symptom we called about. He replaced the drain line, improved the drainage configuration, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. Highly recommend Jenaire.

    Scheduled an appointment from 1-5, got a text at 3:45 that someone was on the way, and no one showed up. Used the text line to see if someone was still coming and was told the text letting us know someone was on the way was an error but they’d still be coming. Then was told the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for 2 months out. Rearranged the afternoon to be available so pretty frustrating. Get a better automated service or stick to using actual humans in a local office. When you call you’re routed to people who clearly are either in a call center or working from home and are little help.

    The technician definitely deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’m very happy with the results of the maintenance, Jenaire the technician, did an excellent job maintaining my split AC unit. Everything was cleaned and checked carefully, and the AC is running great. But for the company and their dispatchers ⭐ at best, it was very frustrating to deal with them. I had to reschedule my appointment almost 3 times. I called on the 16th at 8am for an appointment and they had availability for that same day from 1 to 5 pm, perfect for me, after reassuring that a technician was coming, they texted me at 5:05 pm that they will not make it because my service wasn't an emergency...?? And recommended to reschedule, I did and they where only available the 18th, I was told they'll be here between 8am and 12pm, and same thing happened again, at 11.30am texted me that I could reschedule IF I wanted. I called 3 times and they never answered the phone, only at the 4th attempt they did. I was annoyed and disappointed and explained that they assured me since the appointment was 2 days ahead they will do the service for sure, and now you tell me I have to reschedule? Again? After waiting all morning cus you told me it was certain? I explained all of this to the dispatcher she "reassured" me I'll get an update before 4pm ( this was at 12pm), at 3 pm, no call, so I called back and that's when they told me that NOW my case had a technician assigned, and they should be at my place between 4 and 6 pm! At 4.30 she finally called ( guess she didn't knew I called already to ask) apologize for being late and told be the time of arrival should be between 4.30 and 6.30pm. *Overall is was waiting from 8am to 6.30pm, all day!!* It was exhausting dealing with them, their lack of communication, and knowledge on their own services. They had a coupon online that made the service very affordable, and idk if that had something to do with all of this but It sure made me feel like my service was not important because it was such a cheap ticket🤷🏻‍♀️
