Had service by Reginald, the epitomy of customer service and professionalism. He was polite, explained everything, and did great work. He also knows the business and the service options really well and explained them really clearly. Very pleased with this service.
I scheduled an online appointment for a technician to service my AC between 1 pm and 5 pm this past Saturday. I received a text saying I would be notified when someone was on their way. At 12:45 pm, I got a message saying someone had been dispatched and was en route. I called the office and spoke to what sounded like an AI voice, and they assured me someone would come to my house on Saturday. At 4:45pm, I replied to the earlier message, asking, “Where’s my tech?” and received an automated response stating that my appointment had been canceled. I don’t know how, when, or why that happened because I didn’t cancel it myself. I was frustrated because I had waited all afternoon for them to arrive, only to find out it had been canceled without any notice. Then, I went online to book another appointment for yesterday between 6pm and 10 pm and texted the Saturday thread, asking, “Where’s my tech?” I received an auto-response saying, “We do not have a technician on the way, and that my appointment had been rescheduled for today.” If they knew no one would be available on Sunday, why even make that option available online? It’s completely misleading and false advertising to claim you offer same-day service on the weekends when all you're doing is canceling without notice and rescheduling to a business day.

Former Simpson Air customer here . Our AC stopped working so I called Simpson and found out they were sold to Delair, they found my info and sent someone out the same day, I thought ok that's cool. The tech shows up and has a salesman with him. I thought that is a little strange but whatever. They take some pics, told me I had a clogged drain and showed me some pics of some mold in the handler. They immediately started the sales pitch, new unit, new ducts , whole new everything. I understand it is necessary and asked for a quote....so I get the quote and it was 64k ,I couldn't believe what he said, I have never been so taken back by anything in my life, I immediately told them I would never pay that much for their service. So he starts asking me what I want to pay and what I think it should cost like I'm negotiating with a car salesman. I then asked if they were able to unclog the drain and the tech said he couldn't do it and then charged me $99 to come out. I found another AC company who is replacing everything for 14k and unclogged the drain for free...I would recommend anyone looking for AC service to stay away from this shady conpany....

Shirley and Alex did a fantastic job. They were very professional, explained everything in detail to me and my husband and answered all of our questions. They went the extra mile in getting us hooked up via wi-fi which is going to be very beneficial. They are a tremendous asset to Del-Air Heating and Air Conditioning and they are so fortunate to have them. They are a great representation for Del-Air. We joined their membership program which is also awesome.

He didn't just fix the issue - he took the time to explain what happened, what was covered under my warranties, and how to prevent future problems.It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely committed to helping the customer understand their options. When he left this appointment I was feeling confident, informed and grateful. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality work and real professionalism. Should I ever need service on my equipment I will request him, because I trust him.
