  What a joke! I purchased approximately $6,000 in cabinetry from Cabinets To Go (CTG) here and ended up having to spend even more time returning the entire order because the product and representations provided during the sales process were inconsistent from start to finish . The cabinet renderings, sales documentation, product representations, and even the illustrations printed on the boxes did not consistently match one another. I documented these discrepancies and gave the store multiple opportunities to address them before returning the cabinets, yet Richard and CTG want to pick a fight instead. The cabinets were returned completely unopened, unassembled, and in their original packaging, and I personally transported them back to the store, meaning CTG incurred no return shipping expense. Despite this, CTG continues to inform me they are retaining 25% of the purchase price as a return fee. I formally disputed the deduction and provided the store with documentation. After initially responding, Richard has now stopped responding to my attempts to resolve the matter. Be very warned their return policy makes opening/assembling the cabinets problematic, yet the customer is expected to accept the product despite inconsistent representations. I made every effort to resolve this directly and professionally before considering this review. As others mentioned, their store manager, Richard, is incredibly rude from the start of the sales process to the very end , challenging at every moment. For a sales manager, not a great representation of the company. Nicole on the other hand was the only shining light here and if the product matched what I order, I could have looked past Richard and CTG poor service. Anyone purchasing cabinetry from CTG should carefully review every rendering, specification, product image, and physical/packaging representation before signing, and make sure the exact product is clearly documented. Problem is, you won't know until it gets delivered... so unless you enjoy Russian roulette, you can skip this place. I would never recommend CTG and will be pursuing the appropriate channels to dispute the remaining amount Edit as of 8/18: funny the business response to my review immediately, which prompted the manager to finally get back to me. However the private response back they are standing firm on their restocking fee because ‘they shipped from Tennessee’ and trying to stick me with the bill for their product discrepancies, which I will continue to fight. Their Response does nothing but try to save face, if they were genuine this matter is obvious and they would take accountability. Don’t be fooled!

  We had a great experience with Cabinets to Go in Tampa. Nicole Roark was amazing with her ideas for our kitchen design and always willing to answer questions during our install. Our cabinets are great quality and we are super happy with them!

  Thanks to Nicole And Rich, For being so patient with our changes and giving us advice to make our kitchen perfect!! Almost complete will place complete pictures when counters are placed. Love my cabinets!!
