  Tracy arrived on time and called prior to his arrival. He introduced himself and was very respectful of our home- in and out and everytime he came in, he put on shoe covers which we appreciated . He explained what he was doing and ensured that the temp was set to our desired temp. He was one of the best technicians we have come to our home. Thank you Badger Bob- this employee should be recognized for his professional demeanor.

  Our a/c locked up, repair person came out & said not repairable need to replace. We were immediately given to the sales dept and quoted $11,240 or a monthly $134 comfort program(basically a lease) in perpetuity. So, we had no a/c BUT they could install a new one the next day…. My wife called another company, they came out and repaired the unit in less than 15 min and the a/c is working fine. Badger Bob apparently isn’t interested in repairs but rather pushing the comfort program. My wife called, discussed with a rep & was told someone would call her back-that was Monday and still no call back…the company that did repair our a/c quoted us a better brand/higher end model for $7,500 Still waiting to hear back on reimbursement of the “repair service call” AND the remainder of our annual member maintenance fee…

  Had them replace my AC ducts. Very professional and friendly from Eric who guided me thru this process to the 2 installers who worked for over 12 hours to get the job done and even cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company and use them in the future.

  We called because we had a leak in a faucet outside. You guys determined that it was reclaim water and I guess he wasn’t permitted to turn it off. My wife asked him to remove the hose that was attached and he said it would cost $179 on top of the $89 for the service call. She declined. When I came home I took the hose off with a vise grip in less than 5 minutes. Your guy basically did nothing. I have a service contract (which I might cancel) and while I think the $89 charge is somewhat out of line. $179 to take a hose off is a “hose job” if you understand what I mean. My because he wasn’t permitted dealing with a woman, he figured he could charge that much. Not happy at all. Curt Rutsky

  I have finally found a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company. No surprises and they found the root cause of the water leak issue from my ceiling. Andrew sent me the photos and they waived the $89 trip fee as a courtesy for a first time customer. Oh well, I will definitely not just be a one-time customer for I will surely use them for all my future HVAC or even plumbing related service calls. Thank you so much Badger’s Bob but most especially to Debbie who arranged this tech visit for me yesterday and Andrew for being such a real pro and a pleasure to talk to. Same goes to Debbie as well.
