  I called Badger Bob's for a washer repair. I was told on the phone that there is $120 charge for coming out, but that would be applied to the repair if I went ahead with the repair. The service man told me it didn't apply, but would be added on to the repair. He said they have a lot of new people and were saying the wrong thing.

  I was pleased with the fast service, same day I called, and Kenny was a very good technician, but every single person I've compared prices with thinks I was grossly overcharged. I am disappointed, because I've enlisted Badger Bob for two a/c units. I would have thought I'd get a preferred customer price on any additional services. As of now, I will look into other companies in the future. I'm a single woman on social security. There should be a sliding scale.

  Badger Bob’s has been my go to for any house problems that I’ve had for the last eight years and I have never been disappointed. My microwave stopped working unless I press the door closed with my full weight on it. I know it’s my kids. They were young and they would like to hang off the microwave bar, which stretched out the whatever you wanna call him. Mr. Greg Leblanc came in surmise the situation. He went through the elimination of steps to make sure that everything else was OK until he finally got to the problem his dedication to making sure that he did his job was amazing. I am very thankful. I think Greg is extremely intelligent extremely patient very meticulous very detail oriented and has a very good problem-solving solution head on the shoulders. Badger Bob has never let me down and I will continue to only do work with them.

  Christian was able to identify the part we needed and ordered it. Our Frigidaire refrigerator had a part that helps to connect and create seal between the two refrigerator doors That was broken, and also had a broken wire, preventing heating of said part. This was making it very difficult to close the refrigerator doors properly. When he arrived with the new part, it was like having a brand new refrigerator. Thank you, Christian for the great service.

  Water heater started leaking in the late afternoon. Of course I have a house full of company. Had a service man replace and have it fully operative by early evening. Great service although rather expensive (but price was in line with what internet was showing as current prices). Everything is just so costly! Bottom line I certainly do recommend Badger Bob. I have used them previously and would call them again…hopefully not for a long time!
