  We had a plumber ( Emmanuel) come out to repair our toilet. He came earlier than originally expected, which was great! In fact, he came out the same day I called! He fixed it in no time and did another tiny adjustment on one of the sinks. He was polite, respectful and just a wonderful person! I would give him an absolute A+ !!! And I would definitely use Badger Bob’s again!

  Badger Bobs has been one my go to for all appliance repair for a while now. They are always on time, give notice when on the way and are reasonably priced. This time they had to come twice as it wasn’t fixed the first time and since I’m on a disability income I was delighted that they didn’t charge for the second trip! They’ll treat you honestly too!

  We have had many techs in the past 6-7 years since we have signed up with Badger Bobs for maintenance. Today we had Angel and I can assure he has been the best one. He checked our HVAC, replaced some UVlights bulbs, cleaned the mini split in the garage, etc. Everything was done with great attention to detail, professionalism, and great attitude. Hope we get Angel back in 6 months.

  Having scheduled an appointment for with Badger Bob’s for Friday, May 8th involving electrical work to be completed in the garage resulted with receiving excellent service and attention to detail from the moment the electricians arrived and continued throughout the entire process until the work was completed. Badger Bob’s continues to provide excellent service and excellent quality workmanship with every residential appointment they have completed for me since 2018.

  The service provider was good and got the job done. We had a toilet installed and a hose bib fixed. The issue I had was with scheduling/dispatch. I scheduled service from 2-5. the morning of the appt i got a call at 9 am saying the service person was on their way. no forwarding about the time change. No one was home , which is why I scheduled it for 2-5. The person I spoke with said they would talk to dispatch and try to get ahold of the driver, and they would call when they were coming. The driver came anyway at the earlier time. Fortunately my husband was able to come home .
