I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish and continuing, the communication was top notch. Fair pricing, punctual, detailed, professional, all in one stop shop! Replaced my whole ac system, changed my gas furnace to electric, added a return, and installed a water heater all the same day! Their lease packages and service packages are great.
Todays maintenance technician was excellent. She unclogged the drip pan drain, cleared the drain pipe, etc. More importantly, she located a missing cover near the secondary float valve that was not put back on during previous mainenance calls. Now I feel more confident spending a lot of money to replace the ceiling dry wall that was badly damaged over time by condensation caused by not having the cover in place. Nice catch!
The low score is due to the expensive damage apparently caused by previous technicians not putting on the cover. Great job today though.

Had a great experience, getting an ac tune up, technician was awesome had lots of experience checked everything out I was real happy with the results of what he found and did not find. Explained everything to me this is a company that is not out to take your money for no reason. After having a bad experience with superheat and air it is nice to feel confidence in a company thank you.
Ps did not try to sell me a capacitor that I do not need that everybody tries to sell you for $400
Badger Bob does have good service . Always a helping voice when you call in for Service. Calls are placed to you when the technician is close To arriving. Service to me is a complete offering, meaning customer service as well as prompt Repair, so if you don’t have both, you don’t have great service. My Air-conditioning system was installed about two years ago. Since the initial installation, the compressor has failed twice. I have been told on more than one occasion that critical items such as compressors are not Inventory because there are too many different kinds. I further learned that our Trane Compressor has to be approved for replacement by Trane. Murphy’s Law applied here-When things go wrong is they sometimes do they’ll always happen at the worst time. My recent failure happened on a Friday. I called in and Was answered promptly. Technician Jordan showed up around 8 PM after my initial call placed around 5 PM. He determined it was the compressor. Trane closed for the weekend so we had to wait. Finally on the following Tuesday, Eric, Michael and Debbie arrived with new compressor. Five days we endured house temperatures reaching 87°. Jordan did come back on Saturday to provide us a loaner AC unit for bedroom. Trane corp is a major roadblock in this mix of service, yet Badger Bob needs to realize that this supply chain needs to be improved for them to provide great all around services and value.
When I made the appointment, the lady said there was a trip charge of $89… When the gentleman arrived it was $120… They did honor the $89.. She also said a plumber would be sent since I had a few plumbing issues. Plus my washing machine was leaking… They sent a repair person, but he wasn’t a plumber… I was counting on him being a Plumber as I had two questions I needed direction and to purchase a couple of faucets or to repair them by a professional, so I could have the product needed when they came to install .. So I did not get all my questions answered.
The repair man was very quick and he did get the problem solved.. As it was just something stuck in the dispensary drawer…
