  ATI Team - Joe, Kevin & Dave replaced our front door and repaired our ceiling that had water damage from the attic. Excellent work and very professional. Work was done quicker than we anticipated and received daily updates from Jack the owner. Great quality work and very competitive pricing. We will be calling them back for more work in the future and recommending to our family and friends. Thank you, Mark & Mel Kowalski

  I recently had ATi Services complete a project at my home where they completely redid my ceilings as well as add lights, move lights, tile work and crown molding. They were great in every respect. They were on time and easy to work with through the entire project. Their quality was excellent and I was kept informed at every step of the project. I would highly recommend them for any construction needs that you are thinking about having done.

  Once again, Jack and crew did an outstanding job. My master bath remodel proceeded without a hitch. The ATi Services staff and the supporting trades of plumbing and electricity worked together seamlessly to allow the project to move along. All the staff were considerate and professional.   We utilized ATI Services in the spring/early summer of 2014 to repair drywall cut outs, remove and reinstall baseboards and conducted associated touch up painting and caulking along baseboards, removed hardwood floor, installed new ceramic tile in three rooms and two closets. My husband wrote a crazy long review on A’s List which I’ve reposted below. I have called Jack at ATI again for our next remodeling project, new kitchen counters, backsplash and re-tile of the fireplace. I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else after our experience 4 years ago! We are very happy with ATI Services and are probably the most particular customers Jack has ever had. We had a wood floor damaged by a plumber’s mistake, and had numerous large square cut-outs of drywall to be repaired. We contacted five drywall companies via email with pictures attached obtain quotes, and Jack was the only person to immediately contact us and actually come to our house to meet. Upon arrival, Jack showed us his credentials, insurance, etc. and was extremely professional. We didn't know it, but found out he could also remove our wood floor and install tile. He was prompt to provide quotes for the work and helped us obtain an additional $1,000 from the plumber's insurance company by calling and explaining his quote to the insurance agent. We had the drywall repaired first, and it took a little time before he could schedule it, but on the day of work Ryan and Joe showed up on time and were quick to start the project. Ryan and Joe are clean cut and super personable, we were very impressed. They laid down rolled paper in all areas where they were walking and took care to prevent the drywall orange peel spray from hitting areas outside of the repair. They finished the job in one day, which consisted of 16 cut-outs, the largest being 44 inches by 12 inches. When finished, they cleaned everything up and made sure we were happy with the final product. The tile project consisted of removing around 450 sq. ft. of hardwood floor in one room/closet, and installing approximately 970 square feet of hardwood ceramic tile in three rooms and two closets. The removal was done quickly and with as little dust to the rest of the house as possible. The tile guys did an excellent job and I’ve never seen two people tile a room that quickly! Jack and his crews were all very professional and I highly recommend them to everyone. I work with contractors weekly in my industry and I have never dealt with a better contractor! They are worth the money for sure.

  I called Jack about a month ago to schedule a consultation for a Kitchen Remodel. The first words out of his mouth was "how much money do have in your budget?". I did not want to give him our budget and moved on to described the work that I wanted completed. He responded that he doesn't do "$10K HGTV" renovations and that we needed to move on if our budget was less than $40K. $40K was his minimum just to replace our cabinets & counter tops. I then asked him who is suppliers were and he rattled off a list of no named suppliers that offer contractor grade products. Definitely not worth the $40K he was trying to scam us for. I explained to him I am looking for the best value, not the cheapest price. We wanted a contractor who was good at what they do and we were willing to pay top dollar for good craftsmanship. We are glad this scumbag showed us his true colors before we wasted anymore time with him. Do not recommend.
