  Ernesto Kilgore-Cruz did a great job installing an anode rod in our hot water heater. He went out of his way to find the proper rod to install when he didn't have the proper one on his truck. He was very friendly and explained what was being done. Prior to that service he had diagnosed the problem and returned to fix it when we called to have it done.

  My Tennant called an AC company for a cooling issue in this awful heat July 4th. The are eldery people Without conducting any tests quoted me $5000 to find a leak and repair in 10 days or $12,000 for a new unit. Then left without offering temporarily fix the unit. I called Alvarez AC, the tech Jacob arrived in 20 minutes for a previous job. Located the leak on my AC. Found it was under wattanty and quoted me repair. He made sure my Tennant had temporary AC until Tuesday to replace the leaking part. $2,000. Love this company

  Alvarez is truly amazing! A huge thank you to Jacob Fox for getting our AC back up and running, especially on a holiday! Jacob's customer service was top-notch — he was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure our system was completely squared away before he left. A special shoutout to Donna as well for getting us on the schedule so quickly. We highly recommend Alvarez, and especially Jacob, as your go-to technician. We are so grateful for Alvarez's dedication and prompt response!

  I am filing a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received from this plumbing company. During a plumbing repair at my home, their work caused significant water damage and flooded my house. The flooding damaged my property and created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. After the damage occurred, the company refused to take responsibility or properly fix the problem they caused. Instead of working to resolve the issue, they were unhelpful and dismissive. In addition, the customer service representatives were rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern for the damage to my home. The manager was equally unprofessional, failed to address my concerns, and did not make any effort to resolve the situation. I expect the company to accept responsibility for the damage caused by its work, pay for the necessary repairs, and improve its customer service. No homeowner should have to deal with property damage and then be treated with disrespect when seeking help.

  I needed a new AC unit installed in my home. Tony provided the detailed quote and worked with James W to detail the installation. James W & Jake W were the onsite installers. They exceeded my expectations in removing and installing the new AC unit. The space requirements were small but they enabled more space after the new unit was installed. They showed me how to use the app and double checked the unit pressure and temperature. You will be very lucky if you are able to get these two guys to perform the installation.
