  I had a very positive experience with Jacob Fox. He was timely, professional, ethical, and worked quickly to get my AC back up and running. He even worked late hours to make sure the repair was completed properly, and I truly appreciate his dedication and work ethic. Overall, I would recommend Alvarez Plumbing & Air. My only concern is that my AC had been serviced by the company just two weeks earlier, and shortly afterward the AC drain pan became completely filled with water. I would not have expected that to happen so soon after a recent service. That said, I want to specifically recognize Jacob for responding quickly, identifying the problem, and making sure everything was repaired the way it should be. I am very happy with the work he performed. Thank you, Jacob!

  Mark and Alvarez Plumbing are absolutely AMAZING! Our AC went out today, and they responded on a Saturday without hesitation. Mark was incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly someone you immediately feel you can trust. It’s hard to find service this reliable and genuine anymore, and Mark truly went above and beyond for us. We are so grateful for the quick response and exceptional service.   We can't thank you enough for making the purchase and installation of our A/C unit a great experience. It all started with Dustin K. identifying the cause as to why our upstairs was so hot and preparing a quote with a plan to correct the issue, to Blaine M. in securing the new A/C unit, to James W and Jake W. installing the new A/C unit and actually building out a cold air return vent in our downstairs ceiling to correct our air flow issue upstairs. (It's so nice and cool upstairs now!) to Jonah P. repairing our ceiling after all the work was done. and to all the office staff who were so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing and Air Conditioning. The service quality is truly exceptional and their Team is extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. We have used them several times in the past and will continue to do so! They are amazing. Thank you Alvarez!

  Recently, I had service done by Alvarez Plumbing and air-conditioning. It was part of their annual maintenance program. The first technician they came, failed to perform the service as was described. After calling , they quickly arrange for another technician to come out to perform the required service. That technician was Jacob Fox. I cannot say enough about how thorough and professional he was. He not only identified misinformation provided by the previous technician. He also went above and beyond to install UV in both of my AC units. He performed all of the work and demonstrated to me that everything was working correctly. Jacob Fox is a standout employee, and I only wish that he had been the first one to come out. In the future, I will always ask for him.

  As a single-income father of three, I had zero knowledge about AC systems when our 15-year-old unit finally needed replacing — and honestly, I didn't have time to become an expert either. Alvarez Plumbing and AC made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. Our consultant, Brian Montgomery, was phenomenal. He was transparent, honest, and provided genuinely great customer service — he took the time to understand exactly what we needed without any pressure to oversell us on features we didn't need. I walked away from his visit feeling confident and comfortable with our purchase, with zero stress or regret. The installation team, James W. and Jake W., were as professional as they come. They completed the entire install in just one day, were courteous and mindful of our home environment (not easy with three kids and me working from home!), and took the time to walk us through everything post-installation so we knew exactly what to expect going forward. Thanks to this team, we don't have to think twice about our AC for years to come. Highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing and AC to anyone who wants honest guidance and quality work from people who actually care about doing right by their customers.
