  Terrible customer service! We originally signed up to have our foundation fixed, however we needed to make adjustments to our installation date. We could not get a hold of the salesman or anyone in the office to change the date. We left messages and emailed but no one returned our calls or emails. So we drove all the way down to their office in St. Pete. Even in person we were treated disrespectfully and the staff was not helpful. Imagine how unorganized and miserable it would be to actually work with this company and try to use the warranty that they claim to have, so after this experience we decided to cancel our contract. We will go with a different company that is more knowledgeable and friendly, and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely not recommend Alpha Foundations, they are unprofessional, disorganized and do not seem to care about their customers.

  Very happy with the work done on our foundation today. Tyler, Ryan and Giovanni were prompt, efficient and communicated at every step in the project. They cleaned up everything perfectly. The St.Pete branch exceeded my expectations as far as scheduling us earlier than we expected also. Would highly recommend!

  I highly recommend this company for any foundation repairs that you need. Very professional and excellent work! Kevin, Tyler and Gio were great representatives of the company. Will, the project manager was amazing explaining every step of the way. I plan to use them again

  Firstly, if you are having foundation issues the peace of mind that comes with a repair is worth it. And I’m very pleased we went with Alpha for that work. We went with Alpha after getting the project scoped and quoted by 3 companies, they were competitively priced but one of the biggest reasons was how well the inspector Alton communicated, I felt he really cared about making sure the job was done right and we were confident in the process. The office team we corresponded with while permitting and scheduling were all quick to reply and courteous. Once the work began I was really really impressed with the team we had for the project. Tyler, Giovanni, Charles and Jeff. They carried the same great communication and genuine care for our house that brought us to choose Alpha. Making sure to leave the work areas clean and well marked at the end of each day. It was a big project and they were still able to complete it 100% on time - which if you’ve worked with contractors you’ll appreciate is remarkable in its own right. I’m not sure how typical it is of all jobs but many of the areas look completely undisturbed when they finished which I was really impressed by - what would leave lasting cosmetic marks they were clear about up front and they worked with us to accommodate how we wanted it left so that we could get it further repaired. Absolutely the smoothest experience I’ve ever had in a house project, and very grateful I chose Alpha. I’ve already recommended them to some family who are looking for similar work and I’ll absolutely be recommending they ask for the team we had, those guys were great.

  We had a major crack in our found slab that rendered the floor uneven. And outside, we had an uneven walkway. Kevin arrived ready to get both jobs done! He explained everything he was about to do and when finished, he reviewed it all again. An apparent perfectionist, he didn't leave until he was 100% confident that the void was filled and we were satisfied. Then... he left everything just as he found it... he even returned the door mat to its place. Thank you Kevin!
