- TTT2 days ago1.0They are just cleaning it to make you feel good before they sell you on upgrade and new ac. The cleaning is great the scheme is shady! They had me fix something for $800 said best to keep this unit in tact for a long time to come. Then next visit wanted me to pay $3000 for part of $12,000 for new ac! Proceed with caution!

On our HVAC purchase back in February….I also feel that once the loan went thru and there customer service was no more. This unit Over priced and Damage. and terrible Awful Customer Service run around. I’ve called every month and sill waiting for my damage HVAC replacement to be resolved. THEY REPLIED TO HER POST THAT THEY WILL QUICKLY BE RESOLVING THIS MATTER STILL WAITING TO FROM AIR TITANS !!! WILL KEEP RESPOSTING TILL WE GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED!!!! Hello So we purchased a A/C unit from this company back in February, the guy that sold us the unit made it sound great. Once we sign the loan papers that was the of customer service. We have been reaching out to them bc our 15.000.$ unit came with a big dent on top and they say there working on it and it’s been months of us reaching out… and nothing. The installation wasn’t correct and they made up bunch of excuses to not fix it… we’re still waiting since installation for an inspection that was supposed to happen after… Awful customer run around service! Beware !!!! Do Not Recommend All they do is sell you stuff you don’t need, and don’t solve your issues STILL WAITING SINCE FEBRUARY/MARCH and nothing!!!!
