  Liam was fantastic and we highly recommend working with 3H AC! Our AC went out overnight. We called a few places in the morning after doing a few things to troubleshoot the issue. We had another company come by in the morning and had them quote out a *possible* solution that couldn't be done until tomorrow anyway. We weren't satisfied with the cost, the lack of confidence, or the salesman-feel of it, so we started calling around to see if we could get another quote ASAP. We found 3H AC on a Reddit thread and made the call. They were able to schedule us in for the afternoon. Liam came by and listened to everything we were able to share with him about the issue. He didn't waste time looking into things that didn't make sense - he followed our concerns and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. Liam didn't have the exact part he needed, but luckily he was able to run by the shop and grab it super quickly to return and finish the job. He was incredibly professional the entire time, and made sure to double check his work and do a basic check of our overall unit to give recommendations at our request. He answered every question we had, and he even found and fixed an issue caused by the other company that came by earlier in the day! Not only did we save a day of sweating in the July heat by calling 3H AC instead of committing to the other company we found, we saved money and found a company that we can trust.

  A/C decided it didn't want to work. Made a call to 3H and they were out here the same day. They found the problem and made the repair without raking us over the coals. We were being cooled off within an hour!

  We had 3H come out to evaluate an ongoing indoor humidity issue that we’ve been trying to solve for quite some time. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand the history of the problem before making any recommendations. He performed a thorough inspection of both the attic and the existing return air system, answered all of our questions, and explained his findings in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Rather than rushing to a conclusion, he carefully evaluated the existing ductwork and proposed solutions based on what he observed. We appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to educate us throughout the inspection. We are currently reviewing proposals before moving forward, but our experience with the evaluation was very positive.

  Liam with 3HAC was very professional and great at his job. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need like the last guy. Highly recommend this company for your ac needs.

  Liam came out to take a look at our AC unit, and even though it ended up being beyond repair, he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood our options. It’s never fun getting bad news about a major appliance, but Liam’s knowledge, patience, and great attitude made the experience much less stressful. I really appreciated his transparency and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Liam!
