  3H has been absolutely amazing in the process of trying to help my elderly parents get their AC fixed at the start of this super El Nino. I'm out of state and I have been dealing with the hedgefund-acquired companies (they're taking over everything the average American needs in order to survive, especially residences and HVAC, which is driving up the cost of housing). In contrast with 3H, the others dropped me into an abyss of Artificial "Intelligence" answering services, maximum-priced bids, or worse incomplete bids. Brian and Kevin have been really diligent, and Rachel at the office was super patient and polite. I know it is hard to weed through all of these posts and figure out what is real and what is not. Look at my review history and you'll see I'm not afraid to leave a scathing 1-star rating when someone deserves it. Also look at Brian's response to the low ratings here and you'll see he is as thoughtful about responding on the back-end as he is about helping on the front-end. His answers are not copy pasta bullshit.

  I had a chronic issue with clogged drain lines and they were a miracle worker and cleared everything including the hardened sludge and made it like new again.

  Great service. Tech knew the problem straight away. I highly recommend 3HAC. I have been using them for over 3 years and have not been disappointed
