  We had an issue with our drain line and we got service first thing in the AM - Shakiel was amazing, he was so patient explaining everything to me (more than once since it took me a while to absorb everything) and provided very helpful info to keep everything working smoothly. Would absolutely recommend.

  on Sunday my Ac stopped working. I called 3hac and they scheduled a tec for Monday AM. Nick Harvey showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose the problem. The AC had frozen due to a bad motor. He checked if it was under warranty, it was. He went to get a new motor and came back and installed it. Nick was pleasant and courteous and very knowledgeable. Nick and 3hac did a great job and have my thanks.

  I have been part of their membership program for a while and I always feel like they are doing honest work and not trying to overcharge me for things I don’t need. They get to you quickly and have weekend hours for emergencies. Liam has been out a couple of times and is very nice and efficient. The owner, Brian, takes care of his customers and so does his team. Highly recommend.

  From scheduling to the service call they were timely, knowledgeable, and not trying to overcharge you. Liam was great and spent a lot of time answering our questions and discussing our options. I found 3HAC online recommended for their honesty and being family-owned and I'm glad we went with them!

  I had an excellent experience with 3H AC Services and highly recommend them! Our AC needed repair, and Jeremy and Cliff were absolutely amazing. They arrived around 9:30 AM and worked diligently all the way until 6:30 PM to make sure everything was properly taken care of. What impressed me the most was their professionalism, patience, dedication, and work ethic. They didn't rush the job at all. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, work through the repairs, and make sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Even after spending nearly the entire day working on our AC, they remained professional, friendly, and helpful. Jeremy and Cliff truly went above and beyond. It's rare to see this level of commitment and customer service. 3H AC Services is very fortunate to have technicians like them.
