    I work for a company that is a regular customer of this Ferguson location. Overall, the store is clean, well organized, and it's easy to find the materials you need. I have no complaints about the store itself. However, the customer service from the bearded employee who handles the Will Call orders at the far right end of the counter is consistently unacceptable. He always seems like he either hates his job or simply doesn't like dealing with customers. I have personally witnessed him treating customers poorly on multiple occasions. After reading the reviews, I noticed that several other people have shared similar complaints about their experiences with him, yet nothing seems to change. Yesterday, I unfortunately had to deal with him myself, and the experience was exactly what I expected. He treated me very poorly and wouldn't even take a moment to look at the order I had on my phone. I ended up asking another employee at the counter for help, and that person immediately reviewed my order and explained what the issue was. My question is: what is happening at Ferguson? Is it really necessary to keep someone with this attitude working directly with the public? One employee like this can damage the reputation of an otherwise excellent store.

    I am a local Building Contractor specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I purchase my plumbing fixtures online and occasionally have an issue with a backordered or damaged item. Javier Pagan has gone out of his way many times to get answers I could not get through contacting customer service and he has helped me countless times with credits and replacement goods. His demeanor is always pleasant, he works expeditiously, and is truly an asset to the Ferguson Tamarac organization. Good service can be hard to find, but not when you're dealing with Javier at the Ferguson Tamarac counter.

    Waste time, very time go there to get a plumbing part they never got it. Never resolved any part issues. They always want to sell you the entire part That you can pick up at your closest home depot with many new styles. If you have an issue with any plumbing part Save yourself time and money just go to home depot. I got tired of trying these guys They always gave me the same answer buy the entire part or part is discontinue or wait 3 weeks to be order. After they make you wait in line for 20 minutes to get that that answer. No only that they only have two sales guys That are always busy, a good guy and the young guy that dont know what is doing He send me to google the part. I brought my old part to match it He didn't even bother to look at it, He said just to google it . After driving hour and half to get to the location. Save your time and money. Home Depot or lowest To get any plumbing issues. If they dont have just buy the entire part.
