  Harrison answered my call promptly and with professionalism, got me scheduled for the next day and is a pleasure to work with. Techs Keegan and Frank kept good contact with arrival time. They diagnosed and performed the repairs to my unit while keeping me informed. As a 20+ year customer of Todd Kings Heating & Air, my family has always had a wonderful experience with their techs and customer service. 10/10 recommend for reliable and honest service.

  Our unit was on its last leg, but the team worked extremely efficiently to get someone out to us within a couple hours. Keegan was extremely respectful and efficient and explained everything very effectively. Communication was stellar and he even ended up being out even earlier than originally expected. Unfortunately, the repair didn’t last long and the unit did have to be replaced, but they were extremely kind and credited the repair toward the replacement. When we let them know the air wasn’t working again they were out with portable units immediately and scheduled to be back out that evening to go over options with us. Harrison sat down with us and walked us through every option and answered all of our questions. No sales tactics, just genuine care and respect. They even gave us portable units to use temporarily at no charge, which meant a ton since we have an infant. They also happened to have an availability to come replace the next day. Aaron and his team were fantastic. Out EXACTLY when they said they would be, made sure they asked if I had space to leave so they wouldn’t be in the way, communicated about when they were going to lunch and asked how they could secure my property for me, kept me updated throughout the day, then walked me through everything when they were done. His entire crew was kind and polite, and clearly hard workers. Props for being so efficient in this Florida heat. No one wants to spend money on this, especially with a new child, but Harrison, and his team made the process as painless as possible. Would recommend to anyone and give more stars if I could.

  Harrison and his brother, Keegan, did a fantastic job! We called Todd King's Heating & Air because our A/C wasn't working properly, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. They showed up exactly when they said they would, communicated every step of the process, and the price they quoted was exactly what we paid. No surprises or upselling. They were honest, knowledgeable, affordable, and incredibly professional. It's refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. If you're looking for heating or air conditioning service in the Tallahassee area, I highly recommend Todd King's Heating & Air. Be sure to ask for Harrison and Keegan. They did an outstanding job.
