  Justin was great and understood how to resolve my electrical issue immediately. He had the parts and installed the breakers during the visit. He was professional and cordial, I'm definitely going back to Peaden with any electrical issues.

  The technician (Justin) arrived just as scheduled. We discussed options for a home backup generator. He was forthright in presenting brand options and generator size options.

  I called Peaden after a bad experience with another HVAC company. I was frustrated but Peaden quickly showed me they are experts at what they do and their customer service is top-notch. Both Scott and Justin were friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and thorough, patiently explaining anything I did not understand. Scott came after hours to diagnose the problem and although he was unable to complete the repair that evening, he arranged for a colleague to complete the repair the next day. I called Peaden first thing the next morning to see if I needed to take additional steps to get the next person here but the office assured me that I was all set and that Justin would be on his way soon. About 90 mins later Justin had our AC back up and running. Peaden went above and beyond to get me right. I will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

  I absolutely see why everybody has been rating this company five stars. the customer service is fantastic, and Scott HVAC technician was extremely professional, very kind at explaining what the problem was, and how for us to look out for that same problem again. absolutely have me sold will be using them from now on!

  Winston came to my home to inspect my complete electrical panel, wall outlets and lighting fixtures, voltages readings etc, while Peaden’s A/C department was installing my new A/C unit. He noted a couple of loose wiring inside the circuit panel adjusted them as needed. He reported zero issues. He offered and provided estimates on a surge protector, lighting fixture install and later, if needed, circuit breaker swaps. He was very professional and a pleasure listening to his expert advice. This service was provided at no charge, added as a convenience from the A/C install package.
