Today, Mr. Jimmy came to Quincy and put the spare tire on our car, and he was so nice, kind, and helpful. I truly appreciated his attitude and the great service. Parkway Towing also has a reputation for actually knowing how to tow a vehicle properly, and that matters! Whenever I’ve needed them in the past to tow one of my cars, they have taken great care of it and my vehicle has arrived without damage. They normally bring a flatbed, which I really appreciate. They also worked very closely with my uncles business Thompson Automotive. Great service, dependable people, and they take care of your vehicle. Thank you, Mr. Jimmy and Parkway Towing! ❤️

- JTJake TaborAug 8, 20261.0Went through Geico to have my truck hauled in. Truck broke down in St Marks, understandably, that’s out of the way. Said it would be 90 minutes before someone was here. After 90 minutes, they said service would be delayed another 30 minutes but someone was on the way. That 30 turned into another hour. Driver just now called and said they were headed my way and it would be another 30 minutes or so. My 90 minute wait time is going to be pushed to 3.5 hours+ Again, I understand that this is out of the way. I don’t understand the communication breakdown.
