Every time I look at your stupid, sexist billboard (these eyesores are all over town), I hate your company even more. “Is your wife hot?” Screw you, not everyone is able to get a spouse, you’re just assuming everyone can.
Just take these cringy, embarrassing billboards down.
When I scheduled their service I was told they could resecure sink under granite countertop. Also needed them to install a new kitchen faucet. I was aware of their service charge of $159 just to come out but didn’t mind paying to get both jobs done. When plumber came out he said he could not do the sink work. Was going to cancel the work order but was told I would still have to pay the service charge! If I became a member for $22/month, the service charge would be only $89. The plumber was a great young man but am very disappointed and dissatisfied that I paid $442.10 just to get a faucet installed! I called to speak with the manager and am waiting on a callback.

Their billboard was installed upside down and when I called to let them know I got a woman in India or Pakistan who lied to me about her name and then transfered me to the local branch only to wait on hold for 20 minutes to help them out. So I hung up and decided, why would I ever use a company that is this ineffective and inefficient

Misdiagnosed the issue with our AC unit, claiming it was a bad expansion valve. Then, never sent back a quote for the valve or followed up with the repairs. They just left us with no AC during a heat wave and charged $199 for the service call.

Their services are VERY expensive.
Editing my review 3 weeks later because I’m pissed. I chose a more affordable company come out to fix the leak that Cooper’s supposedly detected only to have show me me that it’s on the city side of our meter.
Our meter has been flooded with water since this issue has been happening and all it took was a guy with a plastic cup to dip out all of the water and then clearly see the leak. Cooper’s didn’t bother to remove any water to even look. They just could hear the leak in the area and said, yeah you have a leak somewhere around here. Meanwhile I gave Coopers nearly $1,000 for absolutely nothing. First, I had to pay for a guy to come out that didn’t have the complete equipment to detect a leak even though I specifically requested a leak detection appointment. He had the stethoscope that he could only listen for leaks inside the house at the walls and faucets. Then, I had to schedule a second visit for someone that had the equipment to check the slab under the driveway.
Had they taken 10 extra minutes and diagnosed the issue properly, I could have had the city fix it weeks ago.
