  Mitchell Little was extremely professional and attentive to any questions I had related to the installation, as well as other non related questions I had regarding other house hold plumbing issues I was experiencing. He was also very clean and punctual. I highly recommend this company!

  Mitchel did an amazing job! He didn’t stop until he figured out what was causing the plumbing problem in our house. We’re a bunch of college students living here, and we really appreciated that he never talked down to us. He took the time to explain what was happening and made sure we understood everything. He was very polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. You could tell he genuinely cared about finding the problem and getting it taken care of. I highly recommend him!

  Mason was very professional and patient with our backflow system. This was not a lucky day for him: the first two assemblies were defects. But he managed to get the job done with great patience. We very much appreciate his service.

The assigned technician, Alfredo, is a skilled young plumber who is timely, courteous, knowledgable, and who also works very neatly and cleans up after his work. A pleasure working with Alfredo and Brown Plumbing, from appointment reception to job completion.
