Mckeithen and Sons were recommended to us by a couple of friends, and we saw signs in the neighborhood. After calling, we met with Travis Adams. He was very informative and helped with choosing a color for the shingles. We agreed on a price. Travis gave us an estimated time for the job to began. Much to our surprise workers actually began a few days early! They worked diligently, finished on schedule and all was cleaned up. Great clean up job. We didn't find not one piece of scrap nor metal. Travis came out to inspect the finished job. We showed him an area where we had concerns. He agreed with us and sent Dustin out. Dustin was polite and professional. He came out and fixed the area to our complete satisfaction. We will be happy to recommend Mckeithen and Sons to others. We are pleased with our roof, the workers and Travis Adams! Excellent service! Quote was reasonable and lowest bid of 5 companies, even with having to replace over half the underlayment sheets of plywood when ripping old roof off - final price still came in under most other bids. Covered our porches front and back before ripping off roof - did a great job with cleanup leaving no debris in yard or on porches. Excellent work, great communication, no problems on work days. Timed everything with the job perfectly with the weather amid our frequent afternoon storms. Would highly recommend!

We selected Bob McKeithen & Sons to replace our roof on recommendation from a friend and we are very satisfied with their job. The price was fair, the crew arrived on time, completed a quality work efficiently in one day and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The workers were professional and polite, Buck and Candice were responsive to our needs and questions and easy to work with. We had a very good overall experience with this company and we highly recommend Bob McKeithen & Sons to anyone in need of roofing service.

In 2012 they installed a stone-clad-metal roof on my house. However, they did not seal around my chimney. Or more precisely, they sealed around the top half of my chimney but not the bottom half. Whether they forgot to finish the job or have some crackpot theory that you do not have to seal around the bottom half I do not know. The bottom line is that water got below the roof, obviously, causing extensive wood rot in the gutter area at that side of the house. They also did not seal where my roof meets a wall of the (offset) other half of the duplex I live in, causing more wood rot in that area.
