  The staff are very friendly and informative. The technician's are friendly, profesional and informative on what is going on with your unit. I had a repair done on a only 3 year old unit and there quote for the work was the best price in the local market. We had one small issue but they got it fixed at no extra cost and quickly to get our central package unit back up in this heat. Kyle, Dustin and the team of technicians are outstanding at what they do. Couldn't ask for a better team to take care of your hvac needs. And can't leave out the great group of ladies that answer the phone and schedule appt. 10 star service. Big thanks to the Team at Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

  I had a fantastic experience with Jacob. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what was going wrong with my unit before starting any work. The repair was done efficiently, and they left the work area completely spotless. It is rare to find such reliable, transparent, and skilled service. Five stars!

  A transformer exploded across the street causing my thermostat to stop working. Jacob came and replaced it. He was so polite and eager it make sure my problem was fully resolved. He ran a few tests on my unit and went up to my attic to make sure everything was alright up there. He's such a nice young man and very knowledgeable. A true asset to Barineau.

  I have a maintenance contract*. But even if I didn’t, I would be a repeat customer. Barineau’s customer service is top notch; from interacting with office staff (by phone and text messaging) to timely auto-reminders, to on-site technician. (Shout out to Dillon Kalawur.) I have been treated with the utmost respect and appreciation. Not to mention, service and warranties have been 100% as promised. (*Not sure it’s worth noting, but they offer Barineau Bucks which is a free incentive included with the maintenance agreement. The “Bucks” are not what keep me as a customer., I suggest a loyalty discount for longterm customers.)

  Barineau is our go to HVAC service provider. All of their techs are amazing, have great interpersonal skills, are polite, patient, and happy to answer any questions you might have. We used to use Peaden but their service and ability to meet our needs, when we needed them met, were substandard. However, our new service provider is absolutely fantastic! And today we had the privilege of having Garrett come service our home and even though it was storming weather outside because of tropical storm Bertha, he managed to get the outside units serviced, the attic units serviced, and changed the filters, and even installed a new thermostat for us all in a very quick period of time, and all while I was watching him do it and he had no problem with that! I love that I can ask questions and he was not impatient and provided answers and that was a very different experience than working with our former service provider, Peaden. Barineau has our highest respect and recommendation as THE HVAC service provider! If you’ve had substandard experiences like we have had in the past, change your vibe and go with these guys!
