Always great service! I had a new HVAC system installed today. Thank you to Michael who got me moved up to today instead of next week. The Barineau employees arrived on time this morning. They were friendly and polite. The installation went very smoothly and they finished earlier than I thought they would. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you Barineau !

Had a really great experience with Barineau Heating & Air Conditioning, and especially with Tyler. Honestly, Tyler was the best part of the whole experience! He was incredibly helpful from the beginning and never made me feel like a turn and burn sale. He actually took the time to explain everything even after hours to answer all my questions, and even offered to look over the other quotes I had gotten so we could compare everything together. You can just tell Tyler genuinely cares about getting you up and running with what you actually need and not trying to sell you things you don’t. The installation itself went great, but having someone like Tyler there who was honest, helpful, and genuinely looking out for me made the entire process so much easier. His service is unmatched, and I honestly feel lucky that I got to work with him. If you’re dealing with issues and may need a new unit, I’d definitely recommend asking for Tyler. Great guy and a great experience all around.

Garrett has come to our house several times. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to check the unit that I called about then he checked my other unit to make sure the drain was clear. That's when he found a problem. He stayed and handled the problem. Gave us options and handled it the way we decided. We do have options in the future if needed. No pressure. Thanks Garrett 😊

Over the past 30+ years we have lived in Tallahassee, Barineau is consistently the most reliable, trustworthy and dependable HVAC company and we recommend them to everyone. We appreciate our recent interaction with Dustin whose expertise and quick response to fixing our HVAC issue was a valuable contribution to a longstanding tradition of exceptional HVAC and customer service. Thank you to the entire Barineau team.

I highly recommend this company. They’re extremely reliable and exceptionally professional. A beacon of hope when dealing with Florida heat and a broken HVAC. I purchased my new HVAC system from them. The installation was on point. They were punctual they were quick and they were careful not to damage the property extremely efficient, respectful and professional crew. They also helped me get financing for the unit.
