AC went out. Mike was out the next day to try and fix it and thought the condenser might hold up, but the next day the house wasn’t cooling completely to where the thermostat was set. Mike came out the next day and said it was fried. So we are waiting to hear in the next couple days when they can get a new condenser to install.
Decent service. However, some screws were left off the air handler and wiring supports. In addition, I was not happy with the significant increase in the annual contract. I did not receive a copy of this year’s contract for which I had paid. This service was performed under last year’s contract agreement. Condenser was overpriced as well.

I recently had my annual AC check with Barineau AC. Dalton was the tech and he was truly professional and friendly. He walked me through an issue I had and explained everything so I could understand what was happening and what some options were, all were simple things I could do myself. Dalton was a true example of why I will be a Barineau customer for life! These folks are the very best!!

I noticed it was warm at 9 pm last night. My a.c. had stopped blowing air in the house. I called Barineau, left a message with their answering service and received a call back from Garret Brown, the service technician on-call. Garrett came to my house, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and seamlessly. I was able to rest comfortably by my usual bedtime. Garrett was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I'm so glad that I have a service contract with Barineau. There was no extra charge for the after hours visit and repair, and it was a pleasure to work with Garrett. Thanks Barineau! Thanks Garrett!

I had a new AC system installed June of 2024. I did not have a problem until … It quit working April 26, 2026 (on a Saturday) . I called and requested they come out to fix it. They wanted to charge $325 “because it was a weekend”. I explained It’s a new unit less than 2 years old… they went back and forth with me not wanting to respond until a week day without charging me. This is extremely frustrating.
This company had no regard for me being without air conditioning in Florida with an eight month old at home. They were more concerned about it being a weekend and only wanting to send someone on a week day. I’d choose a different company all together if looking for a new system or maintenance.
