I have used Ed Helms AC company for over 10 years and they continue to be the best! Mario from Ed Helms came to my house and quickly had my air up and running. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He clearly explained the problem and took the time to discuss prevention tips with me. It is a pleasure to do business with Ed Helms AC.

The technician, Tommy P., was very courteous and professional. He listened attentively to my description of the problem. Then he tested and quickly found the culprit in the circuit breaker. He offered me options on a safe workaround to get the appropriate voltage to the A/C system and recommended further action for a permanent fix. This was definitely one of the best experiences I have had with technicians in any industry servicing something at my home.

I very rarely leave any sort of review but honestly Keith rice deserves all the praise that anyone can give him. He was not only on time efficient clean, but he is extremely nice. I totally will recommend the company and even more so recommend Keith for anyone that needs emergency service or just regular maintenance. Most important he was called on a Saturday night at 10 o’clock and didn’t leave my house till 12:45 in the morning. He is truly unbelievable.

My service and Dion, were above EXCEPTIONAL, he called to let me know he was enroute, upon his arrival, he spreaded two rugs on the floor. He asked, what was going on , proceeded to to the a/c room, so the problem and called me over, so that I could be knowledgeable, he pointed out the trouble and went to work, occasionally he would call me to show me what was happening and what he was doing. Prior to working he gave me the price and alternatives. When questioned, he answered all queries to my level and explained when asked. He then told me about the maintenance and explained the price and what comes with the price. He didn’t crowd or push me and after talking to him again, i paid the money. A little steep but worth it. When he came my house was 82 and I was sweating and wiping my face.Shortly afterwards, I was listening to music and was COOL. I would use the Edd Helms again, if any other problems came about. You and your unit are in good hands.
