Everyone I’ve worked with from this company has exceeded excellence! From scheduling with Kimberly and Gianna, to my tech Andriy, made the horrendous experience of having your AC blowing hot air during August in Florida a little less sucky. I know we’re probably not done yet, but thank you Edd Helms team for your friendly help, honesty and prompt service.

Great job repairing the existing wiring on my new hot water heater. Rep arrived on time and was very professional and polite, leaving the area neat and clean. Would hire them again if the need arises.

I recently had my AC compressor and several other components replaced by Edd Helms Air Conditioning. The repair itself appears to have been completed successfully, and I want to recognize my service advisor, who was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. My concern is with the billing and documentation after the job was completed. Before the repair, I was told this would be an all-day job. However, the technicians completed the work in a little over two hours. When I asked about the difference between the estimated timeline and the actual time on-site, I was told that one technician had remained longer than the other. Because the timeline did not seem to add up, I looked into it further. My tenant confirmed that both technicians arrived at the property together after 1:00 PM and that he received a call shortly after 3:30 PM letting him know the job was complete and that he could return home. I also asked our condominium president to review the building’s security camera footage. The footage confirmed that both technicians left within approximately five minutes of each other, with both technicians gone by around 3:50 PM. Based on that information, I am unclear how additional on-site labor hours were calculated for one technician. The invoice also does not provide a breakdown of labor hours, hourly rates, or how the final repair cost was determined. It simply lists a flat repair price, making it difficult for a customer to understand the charges. To be clear, I am not questioning the quality of the repair. The work appears to have been completed properly, and the service team was courteous and professional. My concern is simply that billing should be transparent and accurately reflect the on-site work hours. For anyone considering hiring any HVAC contractor, I recommend asking upfront: • What is the estimated labor time? • How are labor hours calculated? • Will the final invoice include a detailed breakdown of labor, parts, and materials? • If multiple technicians are assigned, how are those hours reflected on the invoice? The repair deserves recognition, but clearer documentation and transparency in billing would go a long way toward building customer trust.

It was an after-hours call. Great response time. Eddie diagnosed the issue and explained the solution. All immediate issues were resolved and system is working great. Completely satisfied with everything.

As usual Edd Helms did an excellent job. The AC was new but had a stoppage due to the flood valve shutting off. The Tech came for the semi-annual service and cleared the whole system and we are cooling perfectly. Tech was super helpful.
