  We had been out of town for a week. After returning home, we noticed that our hot water temperature was decreased. We have a tankless water heater. Called an electrician first as the thermostat was blank with no apparent electricity to it but they determined it was a plumbing issue. I reached out to KABAM after lots of recommendations from my neighorhood fb group at 11:15 am. They sent someone out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue, and quoted the fee for the repair. KABAM got the part the following day and installed the same day. I can't recommend KABAM enough!! I was a new customer and they gave me the attention of a longstanding client. KABAM now has me as a client for life!!!

  Michael is very knowledgeable, he explained well the issues in my water system. He installed a water heater expansion tank. This should prolong the life of the heater tank and prevent the 75 PSI relief valve from leaking.

  Very pleased with the service. Michael arrived on time, was professional and very knowledgeable. He came prepared to inspect the drain line with a camera, and share his findings. He also removed an out-of-code accordion pipe, and even found a solution that allowed me to keep the garbage disposal I had planned to remove. He went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him.

  Michael from Kabam Plumbing Services did an outstanding job fixing my daughter’s toilet. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything repaired without any hassle. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how he fixed it. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s knowledgeable, honest, and clearly takes pride in their work. The repair was done right the first time, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Kabam Plumbing Services again and highly recommend asking for Michael if you need plumbing work. Five stars.
