- KEKirk ErwinJun 13, 20261.0Contacted them for service 3 times through the 866 number and spoke to a person, including manager that would follow through with local office and never received one call back. Corporate office said they don’t control when and if local office ever calls customers. I also tried the advertised website to schedule service and lo and behold the website cannot connect to any office in The Villages. Extremely poor system and customer service.
- RTRonald thomasApr 29, 20265.0Mechanics are GREAT, & rec. 5*. Office is UNAVAILABLE as it relates to a copy of an “invoice”. I will NOT use them again as I NEVER received any details as to my “bill”. Called # multiple times with NO response !!
