You are quickly made aware that their entire business model is focused on customer service and satisfaction. Kent, the owner, was knowledgeable, approachable and went to bat for us when we had a manufacturing defect until we had a resolution. No arguments, hassling or excuses. This is a company that will be in your corner years after the job is done, a rare find these days. Our salesperson, Chris was extremely well-versed and responsive. When we asked about a special order for a product not in stock, the answer was “no problem, I’ll get that for you”. The product took longer than expected due to the distributor, but Chris kept us informed and was unnecessarily apologetic. Osvaldo, the installer, is a true craftsman and perfectionist. His crew was in and out of our house quicker than expected and left everything tidy and clean. Floors Direct is light years ahead of anyone in this business and I’d recommend them above anyone else.
