- HAheyjude annSep 24, 20265.0Floors Direct was a refreshing experience in a time when customer service has become obsolete. They were friendly, professional, communicative, and an all around pleasure to deal with. Their pricing and products are excellent. Joe, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and gave us great guidance on selecting our carpet. We will use them for any future flooring needs and recommend them to our family and friends. Very satisfied.
