  Floors Direct has a good range of products with reasonable pricing. Kerri was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process from assisting me with selecting flooring that would best suit my needs to arranging for and coordinating the installation. We are satisfied customers.

  We recently built a new home in Florida in an active 55+ community. As our options meeting approached, we were disappointed to find out that the flooring we had loved when we initially came to view the models was no longer available to us. After researching our community recommended vendors list, we selected Floors Direct in Stuart. While it took us many visits to find our new perfect flooring, the staff there always made us feel welcome and reminded us we were not alone in it taking time to navigate all that was available in the way of flooring options. It was our good fortune to have Chris Fawcett as our salesperson. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly patient. We really came to value his honest opinion about what flooring would work best for us. After numerous visits to look at tile flooring, tile planks, various types of LVP flooring, etc. we finally decided on Cortec, Valor Oak, but our journey did not end there. Although we knew someone with that flooring in their beautiful home, and showed Chris pictures so he could see it, he was concerned with how different the samples in the store looked from the photos we had showed him. He therefore ordered us new, smaller samples as well as a larger display board to make sure the run we thought we were getting would be what we would receive. After all our visits and discussions about how things could look different in various lighting, etc. we ordered the floors, well before we were due to close on our home, to make sure that floor would be available to us. Floors Direct stored the flooring for us free of charge for months. We kept in touch with Chris so he could best coordinate our floor installation most appropriately with other items like our cabinets and appliances. As Chris had promised, Osvaldo and his team of installers were punctual, professional, pleasant, and skilled. They took their time preparing the floor and left our house cleaner than when they arrived. Months later we are still thrilled with our flooring choice and have received many compliments on it. When people ask where we purchased it, we recommend Floors Direct without hesitation. As questions come up about things like how to care for the floor, etc., we have not hesitated to give Chris a call, and he is happy to help. If you are looking for flooring at a fair price and would like salespeople who truly care about their customers being happy with their choices, stop by Floors Direct. You will not be disappointed.

  Luis and his wife were just awesome from the moment they arrived until the floor was finished. It looks beautiful Luis did an amazing job highly recommend his services very prompt and professional cleaned up after can’t say enough but Thank you Luis

  We bought a spec home last year and the bedrooms were carpeted. I wanted to remove the carpet and replace with tile matching the tiles in the rest of our home. I met with Joe Sullivan and the price quoted was less per sq ft than the builder wanted for the tiles. He was honest about potential issues with matching the existing tile due to dye lots and variations in color etc. I was so happy when he was able to obtain a sample and it looked close enough to move forward. We ordered the tiles and Deya and her crew arrived right on time and worked their magic. The tiles look great and the match is perfect. From start to finish the process was easy, the price was fair and the work is outstanding!

  Eric was very friendly and helpful. We had dealt with him twice prior. The installation team with Branden did a fantastic job. They left everything back in its place and cleanup was great.
