  From start to finish the communication, explanation of process, and work performed were all exemplary of a company that truly cares about providing top-notch service. Aaron, Tory and Christopher we’re all wonderful throughout. Aaron‘s visit providing the free estimate gave a very clear understanding of our home garage area settling issue and Tory and Christopher‘s work performed set a high bar! Highly recommend this company and specifically these three folks!

  Alpha Foundations is PHENOMENAL! William was so pleasant and knowledgeable when he was giving my free inspection. He took his time to educate me and evaluate my home. Tyler and Chevy were OUTSTANDING with my installation! They work extremely hard and were so dedicated for spectacular completion. This team is literally one of the most professional, humbled, kindest, and caring experiences I have ever met and trusted compared to any other foundation companies I have tried! They are like a good honest family who actually supports and care about protecting your home without rush selling nor pressure. These gentlemen are compassionate and have great spirits. I will spread the word about my experience to everyone I know and I'm a real talker! LOL!   I had Alpha Foundation come in and redo my entire Foundation and also have an encapsulated crawlspace From Alton, the salesman all the way to the three guys that installed and did the work. I had nothing but professionalism immediate callbacks with any questions and even follow ups to make sure that the entire thing was done to perfection. They didn’t hesitate to stop and give me thorough answers on any questions I had throughout the job. I highly highly recommend these guys. Excellent service excellent product. I am very pleased.

  Our home was in bad shape, multiple pier repairs from other companies in the past that have since failed, half of our home's slab footprint was displaced, sank as much as 6" from original elevation in the worst spot. We had to come and go via the single working door in the whole damned house: the garage. Yeah. That bad. So these guys (alpha) came out multiple times to assess and come up with a plan and a quote. When the time came, they showed up, they did exactly what they said they would do, and we can not believe the result they achieved. I didn't expect them (or anyone really) to be able to recover this slab but they did it. Giant cracks? Closed. Slab? Level. Doors? Every single one works. We can use our front door like normal human beings again!!! So two crews showed up and coordinated the footer and the slab work in tandem. The guys working the outside footer/pier job (Tory's crew) were so careful and respectful of the property. Everyone introduced themselves and any time they had to move something, or cut back a bush, disconnect the irrigation, you name it, Alberto or Ryan or Daniel or Dalin would come find us and let us know and ask permission first. They even used plywood to cover our ornamental pond to protect it from the excavation tailings. After this bear of job those guys were out there in the dark washing the soil and handprints off the outside of the house, replacing the pavers, they really were a standup crew. The guys inside doing the slab lift (Christopher and Kyle) let us nervously watch this process, answered all of our questions, and through poly foam sorcery lifted this sad saggy slab back to where it should be. Like, for real. They did it. We took a million before and after pictures. We are so happy with their work. We can hardly believe how well this turned out. Thank you guys again.

  All of a sudden 2 of our bedroom doors wouldn't close, we called Alpha Foundations based on reviews and referrals, David Palmer came and performed a few hours of tests and assessments using measuring equipment and based on his evaluations, he determined that we had a low spot right in the middle of the main hallway in our home causing the doors and floor at the base of the walls to sink and pull away, David told us that according to the information available he had determined that it was not the whole foundation sinking but a small section and it could be corrected by the injection of an expanding substance a type of cement i believe but he had faith in the process and that it would fix most if not all of the problems. The next step was for an expert foundation technician, Tory Foster, to come to the house and he sat with my wife and I and explained in great detail the process which he would be using in order to remedy our problem, he said he would have to drill some small (5/16 in ) holes through our hardwood floors and through the concrete pad underneath and would inject the expanding "foam", my word not his, and it would raise the affected area and he was confident that it would resolve the situation, and then did his magic, and everything turned out as well if not better as he had told us, the doors closed perfectly and all the cracks and separated areas closed up completely and then he reassured us that the small drill holes could be repaired either by us or a handyman with wood plugs, and any paint damaged by the cracks could be easily fixed again by us or a handyman, needless to say we were so pleased with the results and the professional attitude of everyone involved and it comes with a 5 year renewable warranty on the work, they did a spectacular job and we will definitely use them to repair our old pool deck and driveway.
