  Had an emergency call and Michael Rostack was our technician assigned. He was very professional, friendly, and experienced. Explained the process so well and was able to fix our problem. We have an elderly disabled family member and it was crucial for the plumbing in the restroom to be fixed….it was difficult but he worked his magic! Definitely would call and request for Michael again. Thank you!

  Technician was unprofessional; he left a mess behind, and--without asking--used a bowl we eat food out of to drain the main sewer line into. After, I called the office twice to ask to speak with a manager. Both times I was told a manager would call me later and they never did. 3-stars for getting to my house quickly and clearing the obstruction.

  Rick and Richard provided excellent service for my Aquasure water softener. They quickly and accurately identified the problem, explained what needed to be done, and returned the very next day to replace the entire unit. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. I really appreciate their prompt response and quality work—highly recommend them! Sources

Richard and Ricky came out to replace our leaking water heater, and they were professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They explained our replacement options and pricing clearly, completed the installation within just a few hours, and left everything clean and tidy. Before leaving, they walked us through the warranty, aftercare, and annual maintenance to help extend the life of the new unit. They also made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. We really appreciated their attentiveness, fast response, and genuine care. Richard and Ricky provided outstanding service, and we highly recommend 1 Tom Plumber!

  I highly recommend this plumber, Ryan Panak. The entire experience with him was outstanding from start to finish. He handled all the details and handled it with precision. He was extremely professional, but also very personable. He was clean and very conscious of tracking in dirt while doing his job. He’s a young guy, but he has an incredible work ethic & takes pride in his work and doing the job right the first time. He answered all my questions and let everything clean when he finished. I would highly recommend Ryan. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
