  I don’t review anything.. but Bryan came out and repaired my busted water main in record time on a Saturday. Amazing. I now have water and won’t die (Not a fan of the 3% credit card fee so try to negotiate that upfront if you read this)

  Mike came out today and was so professional. He was clean, worked fast and efficient. His personality really shined through and made me feel very comfortable while he did the work. Going to request him specifically next time I have any plumbing issues. AMAZING SERVICE!

  I hired this company to replace some minor galvanized parts on six fixtures in two bathrooms. Once my walls were open and my water was shut off, the technician told me the price was going up by $1,000. That's when they chose to renegotiate, with my house torn apart and no realistic option to stop and call someone else. I got three estimates for this job and they were all around the same price, $1500. I chose this company because they had high ratings on here. The job took a total of 5 man hours and they ended up charging me $2574. Their crew removed my toilet and broke the flange in the process, which the technician documented in the invoice. They installed a repair flange they described as complimentary and wrote that the toilet was tested and operating as intended. Now it moves whenever someone sits on it. I complained and they sent me an estimate for $1,400 to replace the flange they broke. They also made no attempt to keep things clean. My wife and I spent 3 hours after they left cleaning a thick layer of plaster dust from every surface in our house. The used no plastic or even opened a window. I had to ask them to use shoe protection, I spread my own drop cloths through the house, and set fans in the windows to control the dust as they were working. When the job was completed, I asked for a copy of the invoice. There were two signatures on my invoice, one directly above a clause stating my full and final acceptance of the work. I never signed anything, and both misspell my first name. I asked the owner three times who signed my name. He refused to answer. When I raised these issues with the owner he threatened me with legal action. I paid the invoice in full. I will be filing a complaint with the state. I would not recommend this company despite their positive reviews on here. Save yourself the problems and go with someone else.
