  Awesome experience! We bought our first home at Tyson Reserve, and the entire process has been wonderful from start to finish. Mike V. has been incredible, he helped us from the very beginning while we were selecting our home, and even now that we’re settled in, he still takes the time to answer questions and help whenever we need anything. He’s always approachable and genuinely cares. We’re so happy with our new home, both inside and out. If you’re considering a home at Tyson Reserve, definitely make sure to see Mike and you’ll be in great hands!

  Top-Notch Experience – Highly Recommend Ashton Woods! My wife and I have been searching for our dream home for quite some time, and after seeing the high-quality builds from Ashton Woods over the last year, we knew they were the right choice. After visiting several locations in Saint Cloud, we officially chose Tyson Reserve as our forever home—it truly has everything we asked for. The entire team made the process 100% stress-free: Mike: He is "one cool dude" and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the buying experience a total pleasure from start to finish. Dan Harms: Dan was fantastic during both walkthroughs. He is patient, very professional, and addressed every minor imperfection we found immediately. Russel: Also a huge help throughout the process! Even the mortgage company they partner with was great to work with. We have zero regrets and are so happy with the build quality and attention to detail in our new home.
