  To anybody looking for a nice home, that is not rushed built with a tight budget, this is your place, this may sound like a infomercial but it’s true, my wife and I feel so blessed that we famous them. To start, the agent, Irina, she is genuine nice caring person, she will never leave you alone or not pick up the phone. She will always answer and guide you. The builder’s management is easy to deal with and open for changes and negotiation. The variety of floor plans actually give you options to choose from, even with limited budged and last but not least, the quality of the homes it’s way better than bigger, more famous builders.
