- JRJane RubinsonJul 20, 20261.0Caution to anyone considering renting a home in this subdivision. The homes are managed by AMH (American Homes 4Rent) and they do not fix anything, respond to inquiries or reply to emails AFTER you move in. I've never seen such bad treatment of tenants. The staff, if you talk to them, are rude, condescending and unprofessional. Susanne, the property manager, is who I am referring to. They will gaslight you and everything is your fault. I cannot wait to move.
