  I’m trying to take care of my pool myself.🙄 fired Pinch a Penny. Called Jesse because after I cleaned a few things the vacuum cleaner wasn’t working. Jesse called me right away. He had me send a video of the pool equipment. He called me back right away. I put the basket in wrong 🙄. Pool fixed and running! What a nice guy. I told him to send a bill, he just asked for a review! Saved him a drive to St Augustine, and me a lot of $$$!! Honesty is the hardest thing to find. What a gentleman. He was not condescending to me and my learning curb!! I appreciate him so much. Service, good honest service is hard to find!!! Bless him!

  Super friendly, follows up, and very reasonably priced. I was told by a different company that my leak was unfixable and my brand new liner would need to come up to replace the drain. Jesse fixed it, along with a few holes in the liner. I will recommend him to anyone with a pool.

  Would highly recommend Village Pool and patio! The owners are a husband and wife duo that are very caring and go above and beyond for their customers needs. If we have any issues or questions they listen and always provide suggestions and/or solutions. We had 3 pool lights that went out , we had them replaced with color changing LED lights. We also added an automation system installed so we could utilize our phones for turning hot tub on/off , heater and lights. Very reasonable prices as well.

  Our pool heater broke and our current pool company/cleaner charged us $150 to come out and said we need to replace our compressor $2,000 (which they can’t fix - wasted $150). I found Village pool and Jesse talked with me on the phone and diagnosed it without even seeing the heater! He said he was 80% sure it was NOT the compressor but the capacitor (which is $250 to fix). He came out and fixed it right away and the pool is nice and toasty! His customer service was amazing! And he wasn’t trying to scam you with things you didn’t need to replace. Plus he is helping me get the yellow off the pool ground which no one else has known how to fix too. This is one honest, customer focused company! Use them!!!
