  Tron, our service technician, installed both our indoor and outdoor units and did a wonderful job. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly throughout the installation. His workmanship was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

  Having a slightly warmer than usual house with the AC having a hard time keeping up with the hotter temperatures outside, I decided to call Swift Bros out for a check on my system. Anthony Chalefante was the tech that came out. Anthony is probably one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever encountered in a visit like this. He was willing to talk me through the issues, gave me several options for repair so I could choose the one I felt most comfortable with and even gave me options to consider for the future if we decide to upgrade our unit. Anthony fixed the issue in less time than expected and the AC has been running great since. I highly recommend Swift Bros and if you can, get Anthony to come out! Thanks again Swift Bros!

  After doing a long big job there was one oversight which left us without air upstairs. We were in a panic since we were leaving town early next morning and had a sitter coming. We called early evening for help and Colton returned to our house later in the evening and fixed the problem. Made it right in the end at extra effort. Thanks.

  I would like to thank Michelle in Customer Service for her help in getting replacement parts ordered as quickly as possible and getting me on the repair schedule promptly. Josh and Colton both did a great job on diagnosing and repairing the AC. Their professionalism and knowledge was a positive reflection on the company. I really appreciated them getting my Mom's unit up and running. Thank you! Miss Sandy
