  Terrible service. Tried to get my 3 year old hvac system replaced for 20k on a maintenance, was just a drain line clogged. Please use caution when looking for service and get multiple opinions if you are having any issues.

  Lickety Split replaced a toilet which ended up leaking and flooding an adjoining room in my home. Now they want to send out a "qualified plumber" to re-do my floors. The people you talk to are sweet as pie but there is no real problem solving. I have been getting the run around for over a month. I suggest anyone thinking about using this company use literally anyone else.

  Very fast and responsive to inicial call. However, they are very overpriced and tired to sell me a filtration air system off the bat - I asked for multiple options on estimate to get what needed to be done and only the most expensive was provided. I called then for a summer tune up and didn’t even changed the filters.

  I called Lickety Split AC, Plumbing and Electric to reconfigure some wiring in my home in Jacksonville and was impressed with the quick response, friendly staff and professional work. The technician arrived on time, listened to what I needed to be done, made a plan & got the job done quickly. I appreciated the courteous attitude. Highly recommend for timely response and their friendly team from scheduling, technician as well as the follow-up call.

  Yesterday one of Lickity Splits technicians (Chris de Kock) did a tune up on our A/C.unit. Chris is an exceptional technician, he was very friendly and professional in his interaction with us. His knowledge and skills were also excellent, he diagnosed a few issues with our unit and was able to resolve these quickly and effectively. Chris also had a newer technician (Jose) with him for training who was also great. Chris is a 5 star representative for Lickity Split and I will always use their services.
