  Hard-working, friendly crew. Installation was completed as contracted and well done. Two issues occurred, however. The dog owned by one of the installers encountered a woman with a mean dog, alledgedly leading to her losing her temper and screaming. The installer apologized several times but the woman was not placated. The clean up was not thorough, with screws, aluminum scraps and saw dust left in the yard and a raised vegetable bed. They are supposed to return and finish the clean up. I recommend Goode Brothers to anyone considering similar work.

  We had a great experience with Goode Brothers! The pricing for getting new gutters on our house was very fair and the installation team was punctual and friendly. Would definitely use them again!

  We got quotes from 4 different local gutter companies and these guys were the most competitively priced! Not only that, they came right away and threw in a quote to screen in the concrete pad that we have in the back of our home, since they were there anyway (which is something they didn't know we were considering, so we appreciated that). They're very responsive and did a great job! My only feedback would be to expand their color options (our downspouts aren't the ideal color but the basic white does match the windows), but other than that, we're pleased! Note in the photo that you can't even see the black gutters in the front 🙌🏼

  With over 35 years of excellant service support from misc.St. Augustine contractors I wish to pass along the worst ever and one to AVOID: GOODE BROTHERS ROOFS AND GUTTERS.This story is too long for everything but in condensed form: Original replacement of gutters seemed ok. Downspouts extensions disaster. Team member attempted and installed 4” extension to 5” down spouts then wrapped his mess with tape and of course they leaked. Post install made 27 recorded calls to ask for someone to come out to my residence to address my problems which now included 2 locations in the gutters that were not sealed and thus leaked Visibly.Over a 3 month period I had 2 employees plus one co owner come out to inspect but delivered no service. Left messages repeatedly to owner pleading for definitive day and time. Can’t count number of no shows and excuses, Finally had help one Sunday morning for downspout extensions where he correctly replaced ALL 6 extensions. Leaks in gutter not addressed and Goode Brothers has no intent to fix the leaks and honor their warranty. Don’t be swayed by their Family owned Veteran marketing.   TERIBLE experience with Goode Brothers Roofs & Gutters. My installation was scheduled for today 9/17 earlier in the week and someone would let me know the time the day before. Never got that info on 9/16 as promised. Got a call this morning (9/17) verifying colors and stating they would be at my address as scheduled between 3 - 5 pm. No one showed up, no one called. Called and texted office at 5:30, finally got a text from office person at 7pm with no real explanation just saying we would need to reschedule. No we won't! Terrible customer service, communication and obviously need to work on scheduling and work load planning skills. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!
