From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Josh, Nina, and George really stood out for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to take the time to help. They answered my questions, helped me find what I was looking for, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase rather than making me feel rushed. It’s not often you come across a team that provides such genuine and attentive customer service. The store had a great selection, the prices were impressive, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. This team is a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like. I highly recommend the St. Augustine location and will definitely be coming back!

Items were stocked wrong, price tags wrong and was told this is how it is. Was told to get out if I didn’t like it. I have shopped here many times but won’t be returning.
