  Chris was absolutely incredible. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing in my home and made sure I understood his findings by sharing detailed pictures along the way. His professionalism, warmth, and respect really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely personable. I truly appreciated his thoroughness and care.

  Peter did an awesome job servicing our A/C unit. He explained everything he was doing excellently. He also installed items that would our air quality and protect our unit from surges and electrical spikes.

  Had my unit regular maintance svc. Reece was great. He informed every step,made suggestion. Very friendly and set my next appointment up. Informed of new svc being offered now through Artic Air.

  Our technician, Chris, alerted us that he was so many minutes out and showed up at that time. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. We also had a UV light installed and several other parts added, which will increase our living comfort.I recommend Arctic care and I also recommend asking for Chris when you call thank you Chris!
