  I can’t say enough good things about Mark and his team. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations and had my 9-year-old AC unit running like new again. They handled everything professionally, including coordinating directly with the manufacturer to take advantage of the warranty, and kept me informed throughout every step of the process. They patiently answered all of my questions, and at no point did I feel pressured or overcharged for unnecessary repairs. As additional issues were discovered, Mark took the time to show me exactly what needed attention and explained why. Even better, he was able to obtain the replacement parts at no additional cost to me. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find.   My leasing company, Thirdstone properties, refused to fix my a/c for a week and a half because I didn’t have an air filter. I saw this company outside to fix another unit and asked Mark if he could help me. He fit me into his busy schedule and made sure to get my a/c back running before he left. Literally took less than 10 minutes. God bless this man 🙏🏾

  I had Mark come and very quickly diagnose and solve the issue with our AC unit. Whole process from the time we scheduled to the time they fixed it up was less then 3 hhrs. Highly recommended from our experience.

  Saturday my system freeze and leaked into the home and the same day mark and Alex came and less than 30 minutes my ac is working and no longer frozen . Their very friendly and quick , definitely will use them again
