- AMAdam McIver6 days ago5.0Van 3 from the company did an amazing job fixing our AC quickly and professionally. Took them maybe an hour to get our house from the 90s back into the 70s. They were fast and extremely reasonable in price. Would definitely recommend them!

- CSCAO STAJul 1, 20265.0Today I had my semi annual maintenance on my HVAC system, which is the yearly maintenance plan that I have with them.. The techs in Van 3 were fantastic! They were very professional, very polite and respectful. I like that they kept me informed about what they were doing and what they actually needed to do to maintain my system. And best of all, they arrived early and quickly completed the work. This is why I continue to have Action as my service team. I feel their honesty and caring shows in the excellent work they do. I highly recommend using this company for all your heating and A/C needs.

The tech immediately diagnosed the issue for the unit I was asking about, but realized something wasn't right with my other unit. He checked it as well and fixed it saving me another service call in a month or 2. They are always thorough, but quick working to save your as much as possible. I won't use anybody but them. Their techs are knowledgeable and polite. As a side note, they are great with dogs; I have 2. My new leery of people rescue felt so much at home with them she went to see what they were doing and sat beside one of them while he worked. My tech has worked for them for 17 years. That speaks volumes to me.
