  When we arrived home from work, our house was 80° inside, so we knew something wasn't working right with our A/C. We called Action Heating & Air, and Michael came out that evening to help us. Not only was he knowledgeable and able to get everything taken care of, but he showed up with such a positive attitude. He was incredibly kind and patient with my small children, and you never would have guessed he was working late into the evening. I'm sure he'd rather have been home, but he never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. It's rare to find someone who stays so friendly and professional in less-than-ideal circumstances. Michael truly went above and beyond, and because of him, our family was comfortable again that night. Thank you, Michael, for the outstanding service!

  My thanks to Ryann (truck #2) for restoring my AC. 90+ degree temperatures is too hot to be without! Ryann worked quickly to do a work around so my unit would function again while we wait for a part, and did an excellent job explaining why the systems today have more problems than they did years ago. I also really appreciated that he respected my sign and removed his shoes each and every time he went in and out of the house.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Action Heating & Air. They’re a local, family-run business that has always taken great care of me and my family. We had an issue with our AC on a Sunday, in the middle of a hot July day, and they were able to come out and have us back up and running within just a couple of hours. That kind of service is hard to find, especially on a weekend when you really need someone. Over the years, I’ve dealt with Mikee, Ed, Erin, Paul, and Ryann, and every one of them has been extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the community they serve. If you’re looking for a dependable local HVAC company that answers the phone, shows up when you need them, and takes care of you like family, I highly recommend Action Heating & Air. They’ve earned our business and our trust!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Action Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. enough! We were working with Michael on a remodel of our HVAC system, and the entire experience has been exceptional. Before making our decision, we received estimates from several local HVAC companies, and there was absolutely no question in our minds who we wanted to trust with our remodel. Action Heating & Air Conditioning stood out from the very beginning because of their honesty, professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional customer service. Michael went above and beyond to answer every question we had, explain our options clearly, and respond promptly whenever we reached out. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care made what could have been an overwhelming project feel seamless and stress-free. We also had an unexpected HVAC issue at a family member’s home during the middle of the hot summer. We called, and Sam (van 3) and the team responded the very same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and made sure everything was running properly.   We were referred to Action by a family member. They are a local business who cares about their community. Unlike Lickey Split who is a corporately owned business and doesn’t care about the customer. Anyways, technician Ryann or truck #2 responded ON-TIME. That is huge for me! Ryann took his time and went through the system checks with care. He was respectful of my property and answered all my questions & concerns. Granted it was later in his day but Ryann never appeared irritated with my questions. He remained professional the entire time. Thank you, Action!
