  I wish I could leave more than 5 stars for this company. This is the second to third time they have come out and each time we felt like they truly cared about our family, our budget and our personal situation. We were stuck in a few tough spots and Daniel came out each time and went above and beyond each time. I can’t believe they still have contractors out there that are truly honest and fair. I couldn’t say enough for this place ! We will use them and refer them until the end of time ! Thank you guys again for coming to the rescue.

  I can’t say enough positive things about Daniel and his crew. They showed up on time, pleasant and helpful gladly answering all my dumb questions. The repair was completed over two days because it required a part that wasn’t available. He pushed other jobs down the list so he could complete my repair. He expertly diagnosed my problem and completed the repair efficiently. I could tell that he has very high standards as well as honesty and integrity. They don’t come any better. I was given his name by someone who highly recommended him so obviously his reputation for doing amazing work is well known. I will never use anyone else.

  I posted on fb that I was looking for A/C repair recommendations. My condenser was installed above 2 years ago. My air handler is a 2005 unit. I've only lived in this house about 3.5 years. I don't know any repair/maintenance before that. My A/C stopped cooling yesterday evening. I had an A/C guy from One Way Air come out that quoted 700-800 to recharge the unit and install dye to locate a leak. He insisted that there has to be a leak because units don't loose refrigerant if there's not a leak. In my previous house I've had my unit recharged and cleaned. Never had any leak issues. The tech said that the air handler is a 2005 unit.... then made the joke it's old enough to drink. He then believed that due to the age I needed to change the air handler. He quoted around 9,000. I said I personally couldn't car less about the age of the unit if it can be repaired. I believe if it works the age isn't important to me. He said he believed from his experience that the coil likely is where the leak is. He quoted around 3,500 for the part. I previously used a short Italian guy for all A/C needs....his number is no longer in service. He was always helpful and understood that everyone doesn't have 10,000 laying around. He would always give me price options to upgrade and to repair. I need an A/C tech I can trust without the pushy sales agenda. Someone who cares about the people over the upsell. I received several recommendations for several companies. However, there were multiple people that recommended Reynolds Home Services. The tech "Rocky" came to my house and was absolutely exactly what I was looking for. He came out and found that there wasn't a leak. My unit was full. It just needed cleaning done and for some unknown reason my son changed the filter a couple days ago and put a used one in. Anyway, it cost me $85.00 and all is working perfectly. Thankful for Reynolds Home Services. The owner works for the company as well and his wife was a pleasure to speak with when I called the office. They're working on training a newer guy too. This is a family owned and operated company where the people matter. I'd highly recommend doing business with them. I found my go to for honest quality workmanship. I'm beyond grateful that I gave them a call. Update: Daniel came out because the A/C wasn't cooling. He found that the board had bad connections and needed to be changed. He completed the warranty process to get the replacement part. Installed it and removed the freon that was over filled. The A/C is working perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better A/C repair company. Reynolds is the Best.
