  We had a fantastic experience with Palmwood. Nikki helped us find the perfect floorplan, and Michelle made the paperwork and change-order process seamless. Theresa was a huge help with our finishes, making sure the house looked exactly how we envisioned it. A special thanks to Scott, our superintendent, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was up to standard. His communication kept us at ease during the entire build. The quality of work is second to none. 100% recommended!

  Thank you Palmwood for building me my dream home! Love, love, love my new house. Everything is perfect! It took a year to be built, but it was soo worth it. A shout out to Patricia in sales, she was awesome and soo helpful.Scott the building manager, was very informative and did an awesome job with everything. Riley in the office who answered all my questions,great communication, was a pleasure to talk to. The girls in the color/design dept. they were soo helpful with picking out colors,tile, quartz,etc. And Linda was such a pleasure when it was time for the closing. This is my 2nd house being built and I am so impressed with Palmwood, they really care about their work they did. Where my first house builder was not so caring. I highly recommend Palmwood for building your new home. Thank you so much!

  We had a great experience building our home with Palmwood Construction. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and highly collaborative. They kept us informed throughout the process and were always willing to answer questions and walk us through decisions. We especially want to give a huge shoutout to Kevin Cates, our project manager, for setting clear expectations from the start and keeping us well informed every step of the way. He’s dedicated, knows his craft, and truly made the process smoother for us. We feel fortunate to have worked with him and wouldn’t have wanted to go through this without his guidance. Also, a big thank you to Michelle Jacoby, our contract manager, for working closely with us on our change requests and helping make sure we got what we wanted and needed. And to Ann Wagner for helping us early on taking our vision and putting it on paper to turn our dream home into a reality. Overall, the quality of work and attention to detail really stand out. We’re very happy with our home and would absolutely recommend Palmwood Construction to anyone looking to build.

  I would like to thank all the staff at Palmwood Construction for making my home building process such a positive experience! Every Staff member I spoke with or emailed was incredible for me to correspond and talk with. When you walk through the doors of their offices in Spring Hill, the Palmwood Staff make you feel like family! I don't want to forget anyone, so this is a thank you to the entire staff. This customer service is exemplary and top notch. I want to talk about my Superintendent, Kevin Cates! This is the 1st house I have ever built in my lifetime. It has been the most incredible experience working with Kevin on a daily basis for almost a year! His communication was spectacular with me! Kevin answered all my many questions daily. If I didn't understand something he would show me exactly how the process was supposed to be. He is so knowledgeable about the construction business. I saw him at least 3 times a week and spoke to him daily for updates on my house. I lived on my property while my house was being built. I spoke with almost every Subcontractor that came here to do a job. Every Subcontractor said the same thing, that they had known Kevin for years. They said, Kevin is a very honest, fair, nice and a knowledgeable Superintendent. Everyone said I had the best Superintendent there is in the business! He had an attention to detail in the process of building my new house. I feel honored to have had Kevin for my Superintendent! Not only that, I feel I have made a lifelong friend! I'm enjoying living in my new Lexington Home! If you are thinking of building a new home, I would highly recommend Palmwood Construction!

  Building a house is stressful- especially at 1,000 miles away. Having a great team is essential. To that end, I can’t say enough about our super, Dale. He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. He was in touch every step of the way and his eye for detail was second to none. I always knew we were in good hands. We have been in our new house about three weeks and it already feels like home.
