  Me and my husband had our bathrooms remodeled by Doug and his employees. We were involved with every step of the process and explained in detail whatever we asked and even without asking. The price was one of the best we could find in Spring Hill. We are so happy we chose D&D home improvements and will be using them in the future to remodel our kitchen next!

  Doug and his crew did a FANTASTIC job and went past all my expectations. They are thorough throughout the entire process and make sure the final product is perfect. Couldn’t have had a better experience and outcome. Would recommend 10/10

  I contracted with Mr. Doug Gioglio, the owner of D&D Home Improvements to add a 20' x 20' room addition for a long-desired and much needed library. Doug fulfilled every part of the contract on time and with professionalism in every respect. His bid was so competitive that we suspected a hustle. We checked him out and found that he had a stellar reputation in the community and at Lowe's and Home Depot. There was a problem with the county permitting and Doug personally intervened and settled the matter quickly. Doug put up will all my questions and supervised every aspect of the construction project. He is a man of his word, and you can depend on him to do the job, large or small. My wife and I are proud to call him "friend"; You will too.

  I dealt with a man named “Joe”. He changed my apt time several times and once I arrived to “his show room” we briefly spoke and then he rushed me to the back outside of the building to see counter top options of scrap they had left over from jobs. He Came to my home, gave me a quote and then proceeded to press me about a $2000.00 deposit on a $2500 job. He called me several times, which made me super uncomfortable and gave me scammer vibes, rushing me to pay the deposit when I advised him I would get back with him when I was ready to move forward. Then he doesn’t even call me back, he sends me a text message to inform me I couldn’t have the counter top I picked out because his “partners” didn’t agree on the price HE gave me. Nobody ever called to follow up and I’ve called and left messages to speak with an owner and nobody has got back to me. Wouldn’t recommend! This was horrible customer service, and the whole brief process was horrible.
