  I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After inspecting our AC unit, the technician told us it was low on refrigerant, needed a new coil, was out of warranty, and quoted us over $5,000. Thankfully, something didn’t feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion. The second HVAC company thoroughly inspected the same system and found that it was running well. They did not recommend any of the major repairs that had been presented to us. Instead, they suggested a few optional upgrades that could improve efficiency but made it clear they were not necessary. Our unit has been professionally serviced on a regular basis, which made the first diagnosis even more concerning. Based on my experience, it felt like the focus was on selling an expensive repair rather than honestly evaluating the condition of our system. Getting a second opinion potentially saved us thousands of dollars… btw it’s still in warranty! I would strongly encourage anyone receiving a large repair estimate from this company to get a second opinion before agreeing to any major work.

  Totally satisfied with the work Robert Wallace-Lange and Kyler Wray did this morning re-routing my condensate line. They got right to work and finished quickly. Robert answered any questions I had before, during and after installation. I also feel price was reasonable for what was done. Thanks to these two guys for doing a great job.

  We were without air conditioning the entire 4th of July weekend with indoor temperatures around 90. We called Monday morning and was able to get an appointment same day. Robert came out and did an excellent job getting our system working again right away at a very reasonable cost. He explained everything he did and gave some good advice to keep everything maintained. We will certainly call this company again when needed and hope Robert is our technician.

  I would like to give a huge shoutout and thank you to our tech DJ Shadoe Nyx. He not only fixed our ac unit but he took the time to explain what went wrong. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. It was 82 in my house when he arrived now im at 76 and happy. Not only did he half to repair the unit but he had to get under the house and put tubing back together. Thank you so much

  This company is absolutely the best because my thermostat broke and for 2 days I didn’t have any air conditioning which is absolutely vital to people who live in Florida. Not only did they replace the thermostat the tech came to my house on a Saturday evening and stayed until he knew that the air conditioner was working right. I explained to the Craig Krueger company that because I have multiple sclerosis I have to stay cool in order for me not to have a relapse. I will never use anyone else but the Craig Krueger air conditioning company because they handle my situation well. Thanks for your quick response to my situation. GREAT COMPANY.
