  When I originally scheduled an appointment several months ago, Don came out to assess the issue. Unfortunately, he did not address my concerns or provide any helpful solutions. Instead, he seemed focused on recommending that I replace the entire AC unit, even though the system is functioning properly. My main concern was that the ductwork, which is brand new, was sweating at one of the vents in the living room. I was looking for an explanation and a solution to that specific issue, but Don did not address it and continued to state my old ac unit is struggling. Which could not be further from the truth. I had to hire another AC company that was honest to come fix the issue. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service because I felt that my concerns were overlooked and that the primary focus was on replacing a unit that is currently working properly. Sorry Don, I will not fall for it.

  Anthony was above and beyond the most respectful and caring employee I have ever seen come out of Craig Keirig HVAC , it was was anyone else, as my previous experience I was old not have been so pleased, his professionalism and knowledge of his expertise was outstanding. Your company should be very proud to have him as one of your employees he has a tremendous asset to your company so much so that if he should go to another company, I would follow him. Thank you Anthony for your service, although I was not pleased with previous service and cost , I appreciate all he did to ensure my comfort and understanding was met,

  I thought my AC was dead and I was truly scared about an expensive repair. The tech came over, troubleshoot the issue and had me back in an hour. I 100% recommend Craig. You've got a service customer for life! Update: AC died the next day, so Craig's people came back. We made the decision to get a new unit. We got a fair deal and 2 days later, got a brand new unit. What a difference it makes.

  Repeated service calls to diagnose and find a leak at condenser and sold an expensive air handler coil even though it was under manufacturing warranty. Original tech refused to check condenser unit outside because his experience was you do t have leaks in two places. Return service calls 24 hours later was charged again for service call. Anthony was the final tech who worked his butt off in the brutal heat to finally find the leak at condenser by hand and braise a pipe. Vacuumed down the system properly to confirm there was not another leak, replaced all Freon and got us working again.

  Purchased an entire new system - full replacement. Charged us full price - job still NOT done. Try to call them but once they have your money you fall from an important person to a bothersome person - BEWARE. Adding after owner response: we paid $6.5k upfront as a down payment. Then we find out your accounting dept charges us full price the day of install (assume poor comm in the office because we got ZERO credit for the $6.5k downpayment!). A gas fitting was missing and the installers told us they will be back in morning to complete - no show with zero communication. I have no issues paying what I owe AFTER the job is completed - then they say see you in the morning and don’t show, then on top of that full charge ignoring the downpayment. Is the frustration picture coming into view yet? My wife even called the office and they said they would call back - again zero response. I’m a believer in actions speak louder than words. You can say what you want but WHAT YOU DO is who you really are………we are frustrated and upset with your company’s actions.
