  Randy is an excellent A/C Technician! He is very knowledgeable and informative. Randy is very personable and explained that our system was in good working order for 5 years since the installation. It was a pleasure having Randy service our A/C System today.

  All 3 guys that were here today were great and worked hard. Don is great, it turned I knew him from my previous AC provider, he certainly was not the reason I didn’t want to continue with Superior. Good he is now with Krueger, great guy, great sense of humor. And very fast he had sold me a new AC.

  I've been using Craig Krueger Air Conditioning for 8 years and have only had very good experiences with this company. I love that they are an up front and honest company with a fantastic staff. Everyone from the office staff to the service techs go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. I love that you can call the office and a person actually answers the phone and the tech keeps you posted when they are on their way to your home. Fantastic customer service every time. I highly recommend this company.

  Second time using Craig Krueger AC&Heating - fantastically talented and friendly people. They go the extra mile to ensure everything is right and you're satisfied. Love that they text you with the name and picture of who's coming out to you. Also, called them last night and "talked" to the AI agent they have. Got an appointment the next day and the AI worked perfectly. A first for me. Brenden was my technician and was the consummate professional and very friendly. I love this company <3

  Randy from Craig Krueger was great! He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and a very detailed worker. Randy also gave us good advice on how to keep our drain line clean. When we're due for our next six month maintenance, I will definitely be requesting Randy. The choices below do not apply because six months servicing are included in the contract.
