We could have went and bought one ourselves but the technician would have been gone and if it didn’t work we would have had to call someone else. We had already waited 5 hours, it was 85 in the house and it was 5pm on a Friday. I feel like that mark up is excessive.

He was right on time, extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and service everything without rushing through it. Bill explained what he was checking, answered all my questions, and made sure the system was running exactly the way it should. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Our system is cooling great, and the whole appointment was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Bill and the team at Bay Area Air Conditioning for anyone looking for honest, quality HVAC service.

The Customer Service I received from my initial call with Lisa and Tiffany to the very experienced technician, Kevin Geddes 989 who performed a very complex HVAC repair. When the unit was returned back into service, my Carrier Heat pump is now running at a 20 deg. differential (Delta T). The air is much colder now than prior. Kevin demonstrated professional customer service from start to finish! Thank-You Bay Area
