He came out, diagnosed the issue, and had my pressure switch changed out in about 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and made the entire process extremely easy. It’s hard to find service this fast and dependable anymore, and Robert definitely exceeded expectations. If you need well or water system service, I highly recommend All-Tech Water Service. Robert was amazing, and this was truly 5-star service all the way!
- HHHey it's HazelSep 20, 20265.0I work at an air bnb and the water was nasty the softener stopped working completely I think one of the guests messed it up or messed with it and it was late because another guest checked in the fallowing morning and Robert came out replaced the tank and ended up converting my equipment to an iron breaker instead of a chemical induction system which is so much easier for maintenance because I only work there and the owner lives in Miami it makes my life a lot easier. He came out in the evening and didn’t leave till it was finished I felt so bad because it was so late he reassured me that it’s his job to finish the job and they did it well I haven’t had an issue with the place since I couldn’t thank them enough price was great too even for after hours
- CCCheyenne /cheySep 20, 20265.0Robert is an excellent tech he’s very knowledgeable and helped us with another issue out front we had with the faucet my boyfriend broke it an we couldn’t get another spout at the time he didn't charge us for fixing it because he just used our broken part that thing is still working strong no problems it’s not broken since that was a year ago at least. Every time I Need my water softener serviced I always call them and ask for Robert he’s easy to talk to and explains things in layman terms so I can easily understand. Always recommend them. Ask for Robert whether out of water or general maintenance he’s the best.
