  I recently had new windows and sliders installed, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Window World reached out continuously before delivery to advise of the date and time of the installation. On installation day, Luis and the team worked diligently throughout the day, remaining professional, courteous, and helpful with every question I had. They also took great care to ensure the workspace was completely clear of debris before leaving. Keith, the field supervisor, was also in touch and available when I had questions. My only critique has nothing to do with the installation of the windows and sliders, but more with the aesthetic of the sliders for the family room. I prefer the look of my original builder-grade single-pane sliders over the new double-pane sliders installed. However, in terms of workmanship and customer service, I am very pleased with the experience.

  Highly recommend Window World. All their staff is very friendly and nice. The installers were very nice and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. The company provided a time frame and were earlier than expected. Just all around great people! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had my bay window replaced and French doors replaced with sliders and I’m elated! Crew cleaned up after themselves, which surprised me because a lot of installers don’t even bother properly cleaning up after themselves.

  Salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Was extremely helpful through the purchasing process and added that we could contact him anytime with concern, even though the installation process. Once the sale was final however he was very slow, if at all, to return calls. Dealing with the office staff was generally positive, everyone with the exception of a single individual being very polite and attentive. The inter office communication within staff was lacking however, me having to retell any questions or concerns each time I called. Once speaking with a manager all concerns were addressed quickly and generally satisfactory. We had a new front and back door installed as well.as 12 windows. Doors arrived first and both installed in a single day. A sew weeks later the windows arrived and again all installed in a single day. Overall the experience was positive. As for value, our quote for the 12 windows was approximately $3,000 less than the 3 other quotes we received from other reputable installers of equilibrium reputation for just 9 windows. Time will tell how any warranty issues may be handled but in general, the sales, installation and cost and value have been satisfactory.

  We had our install today of one window in the bathroom and our front door Anthony the crew installing the window and door very professional and kept everything clean. They was towards the end of getting everything in and Kevin pulled up to see how install was going he said he was one of the managers making sure everything was going good I had some questions about the window in the bathroom on how to clean it Kevin showed me how to tilt it out and put it back in I also had some questions about the other windows we are wanting to do him and I walk around the whole house I asked questions and his response was clear on how I would proceed with the rest of the windows which was very helpful I will be a repeat customer as longis that Kevin and Anthony oversee my install from here on out GREAT GROUP OF GUYS THAT WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY!!!!!! I will definitely recommend your company to neighbors

  Absolutely terrible! They come out and run quotes and respond to all phone calls and emails swiftly, then they get your money and you are nothing to them. It’s been over 9 weeks since we paid them and we do not even have a date of when our widows are going to be installed. You call their office and it rings non-stop, the only way to get anyone to pick up is by pressing 2 (which is the prompt to make a payment) and someone miraculously picks up. Surprise, surprise. You ask for a manager to contact you, the don’t. You leave messages, no one calls you back. Not sure if our windows were even ordered when we paid for them or if we just got a bad sales representative (do not think it is his fault though) it is the upper management and inventory team that do not return phone calls and do not care about customer service. Buyers, be ware! We heard about this from a few others but we went with them due to their cost. Boy, was that a big mistake. Let’s see if they actually contact us this week and get our windows installed, then we will see about updating our review.
