  I have had window World at two homes , and I am very pleased . They do stand by all promes made for great customer service . There workers are very professional and address all concerns .

  I just want to say I’m happy with my experience. Spoke with Keith yesterday about my screen issue and he resolved it hopefully going forward. Everything would be great. Mateo did it great job Re-screeningthe screens.Thank you!!

  Just a terrible, terrible experience. This company made repeated mistakes with our order that ultimately put my wife and me in an incredibly compromising situation with a three-month-old baby. We started this process 10 weeks ago with a 10% deposit on the order. When financing was not approved due to our credit being temporarily impacted by a recent large home purchase, we requested that our 10% deposit instead be applied toward the single window we needed in order to move into our home. Ten weeks later, we discovered that the order for that single window had never even been placed. The situation was eventually escalated to Heath M in management. When Heath first spoke with us, he was profusely apologetic and acknowledged how serious the situation had become. Unfortunately, when it came time to actually make things right, that concern amounted to very little. Instead, the focus ultimately shifted to our financing not being approved rather than the mistakes that occurred afterward. Daniel K., a Regional Sales Manager, also became involved. Daniel gave me specific instructions for pouring a new window sill, which I followed. After I had already completed the work, I received an email informing me that the sill I had poured according to those instructions would not work. In the end, the only remediation Window World offered was for us to place a new order for the window we had already requested. I was then presented with a quote for more then twice the cost of the original contracted window - the same window that had never been ordered, all while Window World continued to hold our 10% deposit. Window World knew we were trying to get this house ready for my wife and our three-month-old baby. Instead, after 10 weeks, repeated issues, and multiple members of management becoming involved, we were still left trying to resolve the situation ourselves. Mistakes happen in business. What matters is how a company responds when those mistakes happen. In my experience, Window World had multiple opportunities to make this situation right, and I was extremely disappointed with how they chose to handle it. I cannot recommend Window World based on our experience, and I sincerely hope no other family has to go through something similar. Edit: Although it may look reassuring that Window World responds to low-star reviews and promises to make things right, in our experience, that appears to be little more than optics. Our case and request for remediation had already been escalated all the way to the VP, as Heath M. confirmed to me by phone. The VP ultimately made the decision not to honor our reasonable request for remediation, despite the substantial financial losses we incurred as a result of the mistakes made throughout this process. If the VP of the company has already reviewed the situation and decided not to help us, I’m not sure what purpose this public response serves other than to give prospective customers the impression that the company is stepping in to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

  Windows World is an excellent company. They offer a true warranty on their windows. When I had three windows to be replaced, I called, took down the identifying numbers,emailed photos, and was told the replacements would be ordered. In three weeks, I was called to schedule the installation. Installation was on time and very congenital and professional. Great working with windows world! I have their windows at my home and office.
